I couldn't fault my experience today, Nick was able to quickly provide me with the help I needed, and even changed my direct debit date.. the whole phone call took less then 10 minutes. :)

Lit Fibre have been great. Speeds have been very reliable and consistent and any issues have been resolved quickly by friendly staff. I have just had my renewal offer and I called to ask if they could match another provider and they were happy to try and give me a better offer.

He could have insisted on charging for this, but as he said if it doesn’t meet your need why pay for it.

Let me start with saying I have been pleased with Lit Fibre from the day they installed Full Fibre at my premises. Everything went well until two weeks ago, when there was an incident - someone living next to where the nearby comms pole is cut a bunch of fibre cables together with the bushes - This happened on a Thu afternoon. I reported the incident to Litfibre immediately and the engineer from CityFibre was onsite the morning after. The issue was eventually sorted by the Monday evening, no reporting from Litfibre of what was going on. I was given the "verbal" report from the 3 CityFibre engineers who worked over the weekend to fix the snapped cables issue. Well, was it really sorted? Not sure, because less than one week later, I have the same issue, CityFibre engineer fitted an appointment for the 13-18 time window, said to LitFibre at 17:29 they were on site, but they forgot to say where - Not at my property, their manager cannot track them down. Where is the engineer? Too many people making the brew.
A complete shamble and LitFibre (though they have very good support guys - Nick is still one of the ones left) cannot get a handle on what appeat to be a set of "slippery, slimey" CityFibre engineers.
I am trying to get out, as a result of this shamble.
I have been 8 full days (counting tomorrow also, as no CityFibre engineer came today - it is 7pm and I need to go to the gym) with 4 full working days without any Internet, having to rely on 1 single mobile phone with a good coverage - which run out of the capped 150GB data in 1 week, between 3 people working from home and week-end activities.
And CityFibre engineers ..... tinker

Both service outages have now been resolved, and I’ve accepted Lit Fibre’s goodwill offer of three months’ free service.
The experience was certainly frustrating — missed appointments, engineers getting lost, and communication gaps made things feel like a bit of a “fibre spaghetti” mess. That said, once the issues were escalated, Lit Fibre responded promptly and provided fair compensation.
While I hope no one else has to go through the same hassle, it’s good to see that the company takes complaints seriously and can put things right.

Just finished our contract. Called up the customer service and was straight through to speak to someone. He was very helpful and clear, made it very easy to sort for us and with a great price.

When I emailed to discuss renewal offer, Ross did a great job finding me a better deal.
I didn't have to wait on the phone - all done by email. Internet now set up for next two years.

It's not often one can give credit to a utility company - which often have great front-line staff but working to systemic constraints beyond their control and out of sync with the customers' needs. But the Lit staff are responsive and excellent, and this morning's renewal process was swift, accurate and very well handled, thankyou.

I’ve just renewed my contract and once again got an amazing offer, which is exactly why I’ve stayed with this provider for so long. The internet has been consistently fast, stable, and reliable — genuinely never had a single issue. Streaming, gaming, working from home… everything runs smoothly every day.
Customer service has also been spot-on, and the renewal process was quick and hassle-free. It’s rare these days to find a company that keeps its quality high and rewards loyal customers, but they do it effortlessly.

The gentleman who I spoke to Nick was absolutely perfect! He went above and beyond to help me with my issues. I sent an email over and it was responded to so quickly by Larry.

Two year's now with Lit Fibre, and so far it has been good. Overall I would say we have had consistent fast upload / download speeds with only a few service interruptions. They do try to warn you about planed maintenance but there have some unplanned interruptions as well.
It has been easy to speak with someone. I haven't had much need to contact Lit, but when I have they answered the telephone quickly.
When it came to renewal, I expected to switch to another provider as there were several good deals out there, better than the price quoted by Lit. However when I spoke to Lit they were willing to offer a competitive rate so have been happy to sign up for another 24 months.

The gentleman who dealt with my problem was called Nick. He was so kind, friendly and supportive. Listened to me and we came up with a plan. Even arranged a call to make sure everything is working ok.

In the past 2 years I've contacted Lit support about half a dozen times and each time they have been absolutely excellent. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the service they provide. After dealing with the 'big' telcos for years, Lit are a breath of fresh air. Practical, flexible, helpful and very knowledgable about their own products.
Today I was dealt with by Angel and what can I say? Superb as ever. If you're not with Lit... why not?
