Great experience,
Polite, very simple as existing customer, brought down the price to match similar competitors, contract renewed and improved in less than 5 mins. The service we have had to date has been consistent so quite happy.

Contract Renewal
As my contract is due to expire on 01/01/26, I was sent an email with a few offers which I reviewed and opted for the one that met my requirement. I called and spoke to Ross, said which package I wanted. After 20 minutes got a confirmation email.
I also said to Ross I could not log onto your Portal. He emailed a link to register which was straight forward to do.
So prompt,efficient customer service 👍

What we love to hear!
Great support staff
Great support staff. They're always friendly, and offer just the right level of technical assistance - ie. They clearly know what they're talking about and are not just reading from a pre-prepared script. They adapt their language and approach based on the technical knowledge of the user they're to whom they're speaking.
It would be five stars if Lit offered tech support for longer hours. 8pm is way too early a cut-off point these days.

Hi Simon, thanks for your review. We’ve checked your connection and can confirm that the speeds to your router are correct and in line with your package. However, please note that WiFi speeds can be affected by a number of outside factors, such as device type, distance from the router, interference, and home layout, which may cause the speeds you see on your devices to be lower.
Nick's the man
Nick was most helpful in resolving my intermmitent problem of getting a reliable connection from the Lit hub to my TV by carrying out numerous tests and finally supplying a mesh/extender which seems to have resolved the issue.

Great customer service from Lit Fibre
Great customer service from Lit Fibre. Even being Saturday, I was able connect to their customer support team over phone. Mr Nick was quite helpful listening to me and providing me the best package in a very good price. Nick was very humble and quite cooperative and he was able to pursue me to continue with Lit Fibre. Getting online has never been easier
Great service and super easy.
From starting out 2 years ago with a simple chat, to upgrading in minutes via a simple email, I'm super happy with the service provided by Lit Fibre.
I've had no issues with the quality of the service provided over the past two years. Any disruptions have been well communicated and support was helpful.
