It’s a pain to shop with them, please avoid if you could
I have always been liking your dress, but this is not the first time experiencing problems. Last time I only received a refund after multiple chasing for a few weeks. As you guys counted less the returned item.
And this time my Order number 1173253 ordered on 28nov didn’t even deliver to me. i have emailed you guys, and no tracking number has been provided instead just saying Royal Mail strike. It has been 3 weeks since I ordered. How is that possible for a UK local deliver, please refund ASAP
I was hoping you guys will be doing better, but turned out the same disappointment on management and logistics.

AVOID. Don’t buy from this company
Received the orders in timely fashion but unfortunately it was not as described and the sizes were not as described as well. I returned the item right away and they confirmed they have received the items back on the 2nd of December and I will be receiving a refund. Until up to today no refund was made nor processed! They are now ignoring me on emails and Facebook messenger. Avoid the company at all costs!!! They are a scam! I emailed trading standards and citizen advice.

On 06/12/2022 you emailed us your return tracking. We replied on 07/12/2022 to confirm your return has been received. We process returns and issue a refund to an original payment method, usually within 10 business days after we receive a return. We appreciate your patience whilst we inspect the returned goods to ensure they meet our return criteria before any funds can be refunded.

I returned an item and they still have not refund.
They asked for proof even though they sent a confirmation email that they have received the item. It is like they do not want to give your money back.
Wouldn’t trust them. Also ordered a size 12 which I am on the biggest fit and it was like a size 8.

2 weeks and counting and I am still yet to receive my parcel.
Your customer service team wrote an extensive email blaming the postal service for the delay.....a 2weeks 4 days delay i might add. The team promised to chase up with the postal company and also provide me with an update on my parcel, this has not done. I have written back to your team, asking for my a refund, till date no response from you team. Do you guys just pay lip service and can't be bothered with actually following through? This experience has been the most frustrating experience 😤. Till you sort out your mailing system, I won't advise anyone to buy from this website. You might end up never receiving your parcel.
If there is minus zero, that is what you guys deserve

We are really sorry it is taking this long to resolve this for you. These are very challenging times and sadly, we do rely on Royal Mail’s mailing list to get your parcel over to you. We do not wish to sound like we are trying to blame anyone else but we have handed your parcel to Royal Mail on 25th Nov 2022 and emailed you the tracking reference on the same day. We have also replied to your email dated on 02 December 2022 12:36 PM on 02 December 2022 14:12 and again on 13 December 2022 11:01. We appreciate the frustration the delay is causing, but please rest assured we continue to communicate with Royal Mail on daily basis but it is taking between 5-7 days for them to get back to us. Since we can’t guarantee the delivery date to you, we have processed a full refund. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional 5 business days for your funds to be available. Squashed in bag like rags. Sizing out and the two items ( 2 lounge sets ) with the label “Forevayoung” very small in size. One of the sets cheap tat. Not great at all. Other 3 items were fine but certainly won’t be going out my way for little mistress’ casual clothing again.
I’ve previously bought jumpsuits , dresses, so I thought I’d try some of their casual wear range but very disappointed.

I bought a christmas party dress and a lounge wear set from and am really happy with them both. I had sent back similar items to another retailer. I love the quality and designs of both. However, since then Im having problems with the online site. It freezes on the phone when trying to pay for items, and when I use a computer some of the sale items read a much higher price when put into the basket. I have sent a message to customer services twice and haven't heard back. Not sure others have experienced this? Need to update the website! Pity!

I can't review an order I have not…
I can't review an order I have not received, so why am I being sent this request! Ordered on 27/11, dispatched on 28th and nothing. No confirmation of which courier. After initial follow up, told by LM on 02/12 that is HAS been dispatched by Royal Mail, but that they can advise no further. Still waiting on message from Royal Mail to say it's out for delivery, but have followed up further with with LM, but no response!
