Little Mistress has been my go-to for office and dinner wear for few years. Thank you for making beautiful dresses that are elegant and form fitting.
I am an international customer. Unfortunately, enquiries to Little Mistress take time to reply, sometimes even weeks. That needs to be worked on.
Have been having trouble to execute purchase from Malaysia via Little Mistress online store. It keeps lagging and won't allow for payment.
Enquiries to Little Mistress came back with reply they are fixing the problem.
Hope all will be all right soon as a wedding is coming up and need to purchase.

Excellent customer service - nothing is too much trouble for this company. They deal with queries very efficiently and fast delivery.
I’m really pleased with the item I ordered, it was good value for money. Very happy with my experience ordering from little mistress and will be ordering again, 5 stars all round :)

Love the dress but the cape that went with it was missing. Emailed customer service no reply as yet . Order no 1177816
So not actually tried it yet want the full effect.

Terrible would not recommend faulty zip & high custom charges
I ordered a jumpsuit and when I went to try it on the zip was faulty kept getting stuck. I had to pay €23 custom charges to get it to Ireland there is no mention of this when paying on there website. I went to return the item with the returns label sent to me which does not work. I contacted the company and was sent numerous link to register on returns portal which also do not work. Upon contacting PayPal I then received and email stating to post the item to them. This cost me a further €15. For shipping/customs alone this is €38 and the jumpsuit was defective. I was so disappointed by the whole experience and had been so excited to try a new company as I had seen this advertised by Vogue Williams and thought the jumpsuit looked great. In future I will stick to the normal companies that have proper returns processes(parcel connect) and do not incur custom charges asos, plt, boohoo . Also the customer service is extremely poor and unhelpful. I would not recommend using this company

I have no complaints about the quality…
I have no complaints about the quality and style of the dresses I ordered, which were excellent, but unfortunately, I am deducting two stars for the 3 month wait it took to receive my refund. That's 3 months after the retailer received my return. Other than that, I would highly recommend them, as their clothes are lovely and the ordering and returns process was easy. It's no problem if you don't mind the wait, so I hope they sort this out.
