My daughter is 2 in July and I bought a lovely Montessori-style bookcase/dolls house. We pop all her little books on it, and she also has a growing Tonies collection, so we have that on the shelf by the books, and all the little characters dotted about for easy access and also so she can play with them. She loves it! Very aesthetically pleasing too, and easily painted if you want something more colourful. The team at Little Helper were lovely and the bookcase was dispatched very quickly. I cannot fault the experience, from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend, and encourage other parents to have a bookcase of a similar style for their little ones!

I purchased an activity table and chairs for my two year old grandson and it is perfect very colourful extremely prompt delivery very well packaged and competitive in price highly recommend this company

Seems like a scam to me.
Preordered a 6-in-1 Indoor Jungle Gym in September 2024, they took a 257 EUR down payment from my credit card via Paypal. After the delivery was delayed several times, I contacted them to cancel the order - no response. I tried several times, then requested a Paypal refund, to which the company finally responded and said the refund might take up to 30 days. This was 34 days ago, still no money refunded, still no communication with this company.
Not sure what's going on with them, but zero communication possible, might have to hand this case over to the lawyers

Excellent products - we got our toddlers learning tower and table and chair set from here. They are well made, high quality and safe product. Fast delivery, good customer service and reliable.

Fabulous purchase
I bought this sandpit for my 14 month old grandson and it is a real hit! My daughter assembled it and said it went together really easily and all the places for the hinges were perfectly aligned. This is unusual. We didn't realise the base fabric was separate, ie the frame sits on it and we presume that is as it makes it easier to empty and to sweep up the sand but she chose to attach it with a staple gun as, with the seats folding over to cover the sand, and a large, well fitting cover, it is secure from local wildlife. It looks great in the garden so we're all delighted with it. Also delivery was swift and the delivery driver was very helpful. Delighted with this company, thank you.

This company is a complete scam !!! I purchased items that failed to arrive and when I contacted the company I were told I had to wait 30 days for a refund which I never received. Rang the company 4 times and didn't get an answer. Had to contact my bank to chase this company for my refund. Please don't spend your money on items that will never arrive. Total scam !!!

I liked this company even before the Funpod had arrived as communication was so good and personal. This was easy to put together and also to change the levels. It's good quality and a safe design. My granddaughter is going to get a tremendous amount of use out of it for a number of years as she's 18 months now. Hopefully she will be as enthusiastic about cooking as her parents!

My grandson loves helping in the kitchen when in his toddler tower. It’s well made and easy to assemble, also the customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Scammers!!! It’s impossible to contact them by phone! Every time we send an email, a different employee responds. We paid the money, but the item has still not been shipped!!! Do not buy anything from this store. We asked for a refund, and all we get is an automatic response from a robot!!!

After extensive searching found just what I was looking for on Little Helper. Having lots of allergies, including chemical sensitivities I needed a non-toxic solution for clothes storage - something that wouldn't off-gas for months and cause problems. Their "Queen" of the rails Montessori Vintage Clothes Rail proved perfect. Beautifully designed and made it's both functional and elegant. Delighted with product and service, including good communication and quick delivery.

I brought this for my grandson for him to use at home, he absolutely loves it as he just wants to see what mummy and daddy are doing.

I'm a Nanny and suggested getting one of these for the 16m old I look after. Everyone is very happy with the product, easy to put together and very sturdy, love the fact that they cannot fall through any gaps like many others out there. Just soo handy, loves to help with washing up, cooking and even just playing in it like a jack in the box! 🤣 Fabulous product, great value and excellent customer service xxx

I’ve read a few reviews that say they’ve had terrible customer service or they think it’s a scam, but I can hand on heart say I have never had that experience. I have just purchased my second FunPod so that both my kids can enjoy them. They’re by far the best, most sturdy & well made towers on the market. There was a delay in delivery this time round due to circumstances out of Little Helpers control, but I was kept updated throughout so it wasn’t a problem.
The chalkboard on the side is used constantly by my girls & my original one has the magnetic side too which adds another fun activity for them while I’m busy making dinner.
Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Such a lovely friendly company, nothing was too much trouble. I purchased the Montessori wooden easel, excellent quality.

The website is easy to view products and buy what you like. After that is awful. No communication from the company on when the items will be delivered. One item came after 2 weeks, the other after of the item a week later. The second item I'm still waiting for a month later. I'm pretty sure I'm not going to get my money back. My advice is to not use this website. I think it's a scam. The reply from customer service was not helpful. I only received one email confirming part delivery of my order. I am still waiting for other items to be delivered. Customer service has not offered me a refund and this company still has taken my money. I'm sure more than ever this website is a scam.

From start to finish the communication and customer service was awful. When you are ordering you expect to be able to get updates especially when the expected delivery has been exceeded.
I emailed, Insta messaged and eventually got through via WhatsApp. Not good enough these days. Will not be recommending or using again. Very frustrating experience

This little helper is a godsend for little ones as they can interact more when you are washing up, preparing food or just to watch what goes on. My 2 grandchildren absolutely love it! The magnetic chalk board gives it another dimension entirely! Fantastic customer service from the owner Kim!

Ordered a fun pod on pre order so was expecting to wait, had an email to say slight delay due to all the storms, out of their control so completely understandable. Really good communication throughout, despatched on 24 hour delivery which was all fine aswell. Unpacked and put together effortlessly, clear instructions and pieces. All in all an absolutely solid piece of kit and will hopefully still be standing in years to come. My son loves watching me in the kitchen and it is so much safer having in a secure item.

Ordered a funpod and a bit of a delay to it arriving and a couple of issues with damage likely caused by the courier but the company have been excellent in dealing with it and have sent a replacement part out to replace the damaged part, thanks for all the help with it
