Ordered an easel a month ago and had to chase for progress updates as the courier could not pick up the item from Little Helper and it now seems to be sat at a warehouse for nearly 2 weeks with no indication of delivery.

I have requested a refund and still waiting for this. Understand it’s a small family business from some replies but that doesn’t mean customers should put up with poor service. I wouldn’t buy from this website again nor recommend to anyone

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We ordered a mud kitchen (£120) for our daughter’s second birthday from this company. What was advertised was a kitchen with a working sink and tap. What arrived was a flimsy, cheap-looking tray with no sink at all.
At first, we thought they’d sent the wrong product. But no — the item we received wasn’t even listed on their site as what we’d ordered. We immediately contacted them. Calls went nowhere (always "someone will get back to you"), and emails were ignored or "lost." Even when both my husband and grandmother separately reached out, they acted as if they’d never heard from us.
Instead of apologising and sending the correct product, they dragged things out for weeks. We were asked to repackage the item, print labels, and wait in all day for couriers that never turned up. On one occasion, a courier did arrive but had no label or information, so refused the collection. We wasted multiple days waiting around with two young children, and nearly a month after the birthday, we still had no product and no refund.
Their “solution”? They told us to leave the item outside our home where it could easily be stolen. Why would we risk the item being stolen and then not receiving a refund? Eventually, after nearly three weeks of back and forth, the item was collected.
You’d think the nightmare ended there — but no. The refund was delayed for weeks. Even direct communication with the founder/director was useless — excuses like “I’ll deal with it in 1–2 weeks” were insulting. Only after threatening legal action and involving Citizens Advice did we finally, three months later, get the refund.
Excuses about being a “small family-run business” don’t cut it. Running a business means fulfilling orders correctly, communicating properly, and refunding promptly when mistakes are made. Instead, we were lied to, ignored, and treated appallingly.
Three months of stress, wasted time, no birthday present, and £120 tied up for nothing. Truly disgraceful.

Little helper tower with magnetic chalk board. This is the second tower I have purchased for our grandchildren. Safety is everything and nothing compares to this. This tower grows with your child so they can help nanny in the kitchen from a young age. It’s sturdy and easily cleaned. Such a bonus with the chalk board. Delivery was prompt. Great company.

We bought this for our grandson to hang up all his uniform ready for when he starts school. Ordering was straightforward and we purchased it at the sale price with the extra 10% discount. Delivery was very prompt - arriving just a few days after ordering. The unit was very easy to put together and was sturdy and good quality. It was very good value for money and our grandson is delighted with it!

I placed the order on 12th July for a desk, waited for a week didn’t receive the order so had to contact the company. Only then was told the product was out of stock and they offered me an alternative one. When I received the desk I realised it was sent directly from Amazon with parcel number, it was third party product (much cheaper via amazon) not little helpers so I phoned up to ask for return. Customer service said they don’t deal with returns and I had to email. Back and forth for nearly two weeks with emails finally returned the desk on 5th Aug. Now it has been 24 days since the return was picked up I m still waiting for refund. 7 weeks of frustration can you imagine ! The only person Ruby seems very helpful and courteous but the whole experience with the company is shambles. would not recommend it to anyone.
Update- no refund received as of 10th sept even though the item was returned on 5th Aug. Had to raise a dispute with my bank. At least refund me the money!

Order Montessori table and chairs. Great product! High quality construction and finishes. Took a little time to put together but worth the effort as it looks beautiful and sturdy. Delivery delays were a little frustrating but worth the wait. My 15-month old loves to eat and play at the table. Highly recommend.

We ordered a table and chairs, the Product took nearly two months to arrive. The wood on the chair randomly splintered so they sent a replacement peace. Both chairs now have splintered wood and when I asked for a refund they said it was out of warrantee and also wouldn't send replacement parts. It's unsafe for my children to use so now will have to go in the bin

I ordered a whoosh delivery for my aunt that I do often, I asked the driver to take it up internal stairs as my aunt is 90 years old, which they normally do. He left it at the door. My aunt had to call a neighbour to bring it inside and upstairs for her, absolutely furious

Ordered a kids table and chairs, arrived quickly, easy to put together and very sturdy. Would definitely recommend this company from this experience.

I have been waiting for my order for more than 2 weeks, no one answers my emails, very bad experience, I do not recommend.

I bought a mud kitchen/shop for my 3 year old granddaughter, after a slight confusion because I ordered an out of stock kitchen the order was changed. Then it was dispatched very quickly, arrived and was easy to assemble. The toy is good quality and has quickly become my granddaughter’s favourite toy.

After a lot of research for a toddler tower I settled on the one from Little helper.
It arrived so quickly, box was really well labelled to ensure it was the right way up when opening and handling etc.
The website is easy to use, the price was very competitive. I will be using them again and knowing they are a family run business makes me even happier knowing my money is going to a company who truly cares about their products.

I ordered a wooden toddler table and chair for my 3 yr old grandaughter. It was delivered a day early which was great. I assembled it in about 20 mins, really easy. Its very sturdy and looks lovely, great quality. We used it for the first time today for her meals and playing with her toys - she loved it too. I might buy another set for use at her home 😃

We had some major mix ups and delays with our parcels as one was the wrong size and had to be sent back, so we purchased a smaller play pen which got lost in the courier service, but all the way through, Kim was very helpful and brilliant, she went out of her way, including on her day off to make sure we got our items as we were panicking, so thankyou Kim and God bless 🙌

Simple to order, quick deliver and excellent product. So please with the look and feel of the product we have not packed it away when our Grandchild has gone home. A permanent lovely piece of furniture on our dining room.

Really clear website with excellent product details. Very prompt delivery. The Little Helper Tower is very easy to put together with 2 people. It is very sturdy and is already loved by my one year old grandchild. The chalkboard and magnetic sides are brilliant to put magnetic figures/alphabet etc on They love being able to be at the level of the kitchen worksurfaces to be involved with what is going on. It will have years of use and I cannot wait to do baking with them in future years

Very pleased with the wooden high chair which is well made and attractive. My grandson seems to find it comfortable and it is very helpful that it folds for storage. In general, the products on the website seem of good quality and useful function and no doubt I shall be returning to Little Helper. A great opportunity to avoid Amazon!

Avoid this website like the plague! My mother-in-law bought a clothes rail around November 2024 time, for a Christmas present for our daughter. It arrived, randomly, in a television box and was completely the wrong dimensions. It was tiny! And for £99, this was completely unacceptable.

When we complained, they offered a measly £20 compensation because we had already 'put the rail together'. When you trust you have the right product, you don't expect the dimensions to be incorrect so just go ahead and put an item together! Big mistake. We went back and forth with this company until they eventually let us have £99 credit note. Which is terrible - it was THEIR MISTAKE! They sent out the wrong item!! People just want their money back in this situation, not use it on their crap website. Trying to find something on there that wasn't a complete rip-off took me ages! They literally just drop-ship everything cheaply from China. It's nothing special. They use the same stock images on Amazon etc. - they just set their prices 100 times higher. So I had to choose something knowing I could get it a lot cheaper elsewhere. But what other choice did I have? Either spend the credit note or lose £100. Just an absolute joke of a company; save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere with a decent returns policy.
