I love the personalised bow design suitcase I got for my daughter for our holidays and I can't wait to show her.
she loves the website and always says she wants one and will make her feel like a grown up with her suitcase that fit all her clothes in

Hopefully in time we can get matching personalized suitcases

I’m over the moon with the suitcase it’s amazing And the customer service with these guys it’s out of this world I would most definitely recommend buying 5 stars

So I received a personalised case and the initials aren’t the middle, they sent me a replacement and yet again say the initials aren’t in the middle. Sent me a grid image over the cases and say it is in the middle and they will not be refunding me or sending me another replacement. Say they will no longer be helping me.
The image is hilarious as you can clearly see it’s not in the middle and this has been sent by them!! The green line should be down the middle of the initials. Instead is to the left of CB.
So both still off centre. Will not be buying from them again.

Fab well packaged n proper name onto case not stick on

Case and protector arrived all fine. Went to use the case for a faulty zip. Does up then one corner comes undone. Emailed help email with rude customer service telling me it’s my fault I’ve over filled the case and it would’ve been fine on arrival. It clearly wasn’t as it was the first time I zipped it up and the case was not overfilled. Sarah from customer service was rude and couldn’t care less. Told me warranty doesn’t cover a zip. No mention on website of this either. I’ve tried to return the cover I brought also to be ignored and no way of returning. Ive now gone through my bank for refund who are investigating and trading standards are being made aware. Gutted about this as I’m not one to complain but this company are a joke!

Ordered a personalised phone case under express order last weekend under express delivery and stated on checkout would be delivered by Tuesday 14th order was placed Saturday the 11th under 1-2 working day delivery (stated deliver date latest 14th January)
Only just receiving it today Monday the 20th after speaking to them direct the express delivery is only when they decide to ship the item
Product is amazing as normal shame about the attitude of customer service and taking nearly a week to dispatch

At first glance the case is lovely they got the photo I sent just right. Sadly I used the case for the first time in September 2024 & the wheels weren't very good. So disappointed.

Never order from this company, I made biggest mistake also they won’t refund your money, it’s needs to be shut down

I still haven't received my ordered phone case, and no email to say it has been dispatched which said they would be one, and delivery would be 3-5 days I ordered it on the 2nd Jan.

Decent range of products, Easy to order, simple checkout, and swift delivery, good product.

Just a shame I ordered the wrong one - Ha Ha 🤣

Parcel delivered to wrong house haven’t even received it yet. Still waiting from ordering from 5th December. Definitely would not order from them, even better they aren’t even giving me a refund of £120 for there error. Says they delivered to a house and it’s not even mine

Great communication, quality suitcase. Shame there was a little dent in the top from the delivery but no time to wait as my daughter is going to Australia and needed it!
