Always a pleasure dealing with Leo Timoney - he is super helpful whenever you need anything. Answers your queries very efficiently and professionally but with a really friendly tone which always makes everything so much easier!

Met Adam L for the first time on Wednesday and then again on Friday. Experience was great, he's really respectful and accommodating, he took his shoes off which I felt was a sign of respect even though we would've been fine had he kept them on, it was just that extra care he took as I know a lot of people that do a no shoes policy in their property, to avoid taking any chances, Adam did just that . Adam came in to do a quick change of batteries for our smoke alarm.
Before leaving Adam asked us what may have been a simple question but we really appreciated it "How are you guys doing, have you had any issues with anything?"
Where that can be seen as such a simple question, that was the first time that anyone had asked that since we had moved in. On Friday Adam came back to sort out our Floor strip and again, the same respect as there. I do have anxiety which I feel can cause me to be awkward at times but this was no where to be seen during the visit. I was really talkative and Adam just listened and gave some advice which I loved. I quickly came to realise that it was the same Adam that had helped us on our move in day, we were travelling from London and our ETA time kept increasing, almost seemed like we weren't going to make it and this was during Christmas so the working hours were limited. Adam went out of his was to assure us even outside of his working hours. Thanks again Adam !

I just want to say that how super talented the team at ROCO house is. Particularly, Megan who since her joining the team after I took up residency has been the glue that bonds residents together by organising really interesting and super cool events for us. These activities have helped most of us residents make new friends and acquaintances. Something that may not have been possible on our own.

She performs these activities with gust and passion that you can’t help but wonder where she gets the energy to conceive some of these itineraries. Every single one of these events I have attended this year have been super helpful and fun.
And I look forward to seeing what else she’s got planned for us this year.

I have lived at Livingway (Rufus Court) in Leeds for well over a year and it’s been a pleasure to live here. What has made my stay here so good is the quality of resident care by staff members such as Dan.

I’d like to extend a special thanks to Dan the resident Liaison in particular who has gone over and above what is expected to make myself and numerous others feel welcome and create a sense of community. He cares strongly about social value and hospitality and through his well organised events has fostered a friendly and amicable living environment amongst residents. He is diligent in rectifying issues and addressing problems, he has been responsive to suggestions raised and followed through on promises. He is always happy to stop during his busy schedule and have an informal chat and makes me feel valued as a resident. Thanks Dan & Livingway !

Amazing service! I was looking for a place as soon as possible and they made sure I was going to get in on time. As soon as I contacted them they were always offering new places and trying to find the best flat for me.
Adam showed me the flat I was interested in and not only that but he also offered to show me another one that maybe was a better option for me (it ended up being the flat I needed) so he was very helpful.
On my moving day they made me feel really welcome and I know I can count on them if there's any issue so that's always positive for anyone renting a place!

When I reached out to them for viewing of two of their buildings, they helped me locate the house, were flexible in their schedule and, took me round the apartment. Although I couldn't take their their beautiful, spacious and well maintained apartment because it was far from my work place, but they were kind enough to follow up, and wish me well in my search for apartment. I wish I could bring their Bolton building slightly closer to city centre because I loved it. Thank you for your help livingway!
