Extremely poor and unforessional service. For any breakdown reported the technician never visits on schedule rather he comes many days after the appointment based on his convenience. Customer support team of no help other than standard replies like 'we are looking into it'.

I wrote a great review not to long ago. Now, I have to say it is NOT working at all. I spent money on something that is doing absolutely nothing for me. So disappointed this time around. Will not buy again. I've actually gained weight this time.

This product does not work at all! I'm on my fourth bottle and I have not lost one pound.

I used this once before a couple of months ago & lost 15 lbs quickly, so I have no complaints. It worked for me.

Not happy or not satisfied with livpure, plsss be aware from cheating, lies untruthful . Don’t invest on this company any product, waste of time and money… zero stars not recommend to any person humble request🙏 Pls spread the awareness Dubai office full cheating to people in terms of money.

I am so glad I read these reviews before buying this product. To be honest after watching 15mins of the video I already started to lose interest in the product. What really put me off was the constant pictures of what you are promised to LOOK like and still able to eat what you want and still look amazing, now that's already a warning. So I'll kiss LivPure good bye. Thanks everyone I appreciate your comments, to purchase this product in NZ from the US, doubles in our currency 😮‍💨😮‍💨.
So misleading.🥹

I purchase supplements that sound beneficial and have a money back guarantee because so many products do not do what they promise. I ordered 6 bottles of LivPure for my husband and I to try for 60 days. It did NOTHING for weight loss as promised. When I asked for a refund today they told me that they only refund the bottles that were used and since two of us used them we used too many bottles and they would only refund for two bottles not 6 bottles. They said that the money back is only for one person's use, not two, thus the money back guarantee is very deceptive. I would give them a 0 rating if that were possible. Stay away from this company!

Worst customer service. Specially by Shivam and Gaurav Yadav. Very rude.. not even listening to the issues.. cutting the customer's call in between conversations. Very bad experience

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Live Pure. I purchased a Live Pure cooler from Flipkart on May 25, 2024, which comes with a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, just one week after purchase, the motor malfunctioned and had to be replaced.

Now, I am facing another issue with the cooler fan. Despite diagnosing the issue and confirming that the fan needs replacement, Live Pure's support team is now claiming that the product is out of warranty. This is despite clear evidence that the cooler was purchased just a month ago and should still be covered under the one-year warranty.

As a customer, I am frustrated by the recurring problems with a brand-new product and the lack of accountability and support from Live Pure. I have provided proof of purchase, yet I am being asked to pay for repairs that should be covered under warranty.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I urge Live Pure to honor their warranty commitments and provide proper customer support.

Someone from this company phoned my 87 yr old mother, who has memory problems, and convinced her to spend £399 on 12 jars of rosemary supplements that you can buy at Supermarkets for £5. I’m absolutely furious. I haven’t tried to call them yet as after hours but if I manage to get through tomorrow they will be in no doubt exactly how angry I am at scamming my elderly mother.

Never buy their AMC, its their trap.

I purchased their AMC on the words of the technician that you will get priority service and all parts would be free.

Once i purchased it, no one coming for service now, and also they are demanding extra money everytime they are coming.

Now no one picking up the call also.

Never fall into their trap.

Payment done on 3rd June , still not installation done , Worst customer service , before payment they will call 100 times after payment they never pick the calls and answer the messages, requesting all not to book this RO. Completely waste of time , waste of money.

A lady called Jasmin phoned an elderly relative saying she was from her local government healthcare organisation and asked serveral question about their health and was enganging in a lot of converation. Having thought the call was genuine they were happy to discuss this information with her. It was only when she started discussing this miracle vitamin that would get them up and walking again in no time and asked if they had access to their online banking, they knew it was a scam and to not proceed with the call.

Avoid them like the plague! Scammers..

I’m ranking trustpilot here, was looking for info on Livpure here and they’re talking about installations and technicians??? So seemingly, you have some other product being reviewed w one star reviews under Livpure, and even though Livpure may have one high and one low review that are actually theirs, all the incorrect reviews are 1 star and falsely representing Livpure. And your a review company??? I feel sorry for the company I was trying to review, whether they’re good or bad / I still don’t know. But it appears YOUR service is less than 1 star/flawed right there.

Very very poor Customer Service . They do not send the technicians once you take the subscription and you are kind of trapped . We should take liv pure to consumer court. Never ever buy product from them.

There is no product service after taking the subscription, worst customer service experience and irresponsible. The subscription prices increases without your consent. Total ripoff, Worst service ever!!!!!

I used to buy 6 months quantity of this supplement. After 1 month of use I gained 1 kg of weight instead of losing it. I reached their customer support who advised me to use it for another month.
Recently (March 19) I made medical analysis to found that my liver enzymes readings are bad. My physician asked me to stop taking any supplements. In fact, I don't have any except LivPure.
I contacted customer support again asking for advice but I received a cold careless reply saying your 60 days refund period has expired and we have nothing to do for you. Next day, another employee contacted me asking for a copy of my medical results which I sent directly. Finally, they agree to make a refund although 60 days period has passed.
I advise any person who thinks of buying this product to do it under full medical coordination and to watch his liver enzymes.

Bought 3 months as suggested by the seller and because of the good reviews I decided to try this product! I’ve lost no wait! This product does not work! Don’t get scammed! Beware!
