Don't fall for their under quoted pricing, I fell for it and it's a nightmare, project is more than 6 months delayed and they have stopped working saying to pay the balance amount then only they will work.
Absolutely unproffesional, no one is responsible.

Looks like they do not require any further business. Reached out and got a prompt auto generated message stating will revert soon. Waited for a week and due to no-response got back on Instagram and again got the response from Amrita Varshini stating - Oh sorry. Will revert. Again no revert until now. Pathetic and would warn all of you not to rely on them.

Absolute nightmare experience with Livspace. They delayed the project endlessly, used cheap materials, and delivered the worst workmanship I have ever seen. My sink is leaking, the contractor has vanished, and nobody at Livspace takes responsibility. Once they get paid, they stop answering your calls. This company is a scam — avoid them unless you want to waste your money and ruin your home
Team of liars
My elderly parents trusted Livspace and made an advance payment back in June, with the clear promise that work would begin on 15th July. Since then, there has been no progress whatsoever. Despite repeated follow-ups, phone calls, and even physically visiting their office almost daily (which is extremely difficult at their age), there has been zero clarity or commitment from the Livspace team.
The apathetic attitude shown towards senior citizens who are chasing endlessly for answers is deeply disappointing and absolutely unacceptable. No one from their side has taken accountability, nor has there been any concrete confirmation on when the work will even begin.
We chose Livspace expecting professionalism, but the experience has been nothing short of infuriating and distressing. I would strongly urge anyone considering them to think twice before putting their trust—and hard-earned money—into this company.
Do not engage with Livspace and Mystique of R&A
One of the most untrustworthy and unprofessional company that you can ever work with. They subcontracted the work to a vendor who brought in inexperienced people who messed up the bathroom remodeling and woodwork including installation of doors for rooms and main entry door. despite numerous complaints they kept changing people with little to no satisfactory work. The plumbing job is botched up and new doors installed by them have cracks in less than 2 years. Upon filing ticket in July 2025 (18 months in the work despite numerous complaints) , the visiting team member offered to do private job rather engaging on behalf of the company. Unethical team and the sub contractor Adithya from mystiques of R&A should be avoided at all costs. Never showed up to properly manage the engagement and always kept promising that never ever lived expectations. They treated senior citizens with little to no respect for their time and availability. do NOT spend your hard earned money on either of the companies.
Livspace are absolute liars and…
Livspace are absolute liars and cheaters. I trusted them with my apartment at RG Luxury Homes, Noida, and they completely scammed me. I only wanted basic modular and paint work, but their sales rep pushed me to expand the scope to ₹20 lakhs just to “start design.” Once I said I didn’t want all that, they backed off and stopped caring.
I paid ₹1,00,000 — gone. They promised a coupon for a hob and chimney, never delivered. They said the rest would be adjusted — it wasn’t. This company is full of false promises and shady tactics. Don’t fall into their trap. I lost my money so you don’t have to.

Dear Livspace Team & Management, especially the MD Office,
Two years ago, I trusted Livspace for my home interiors and paid ₹50,000 as advance.
The designer assigned to me left India midway without informing us, and no replacement was ever provided. The WhatsApp group created for the project became a joke — with inactive members who left the company one after another, with no updates or accountability.
The designs shared were never liked nor approved by us. After two years of follow-up, when I finally demanded a refund, Ms. Geetika Seth (Manager) declined, citing "company policy," but offered product purchase instead.
We agreed in good faith.
Then came another blow — we were told we had to buy products worth at least ₹1,00,000 because our advance was "too old"! Even then, we selected items — only to discover that Livspace is quoting us 30-40% above the market price (yes, checked across Amazon, Vijay Sales & brand stores).
Is this how you treat customers who trusted your promises? I have snapshots of comparisons.even products better than offered by livspace are available at cheaper price in market.
This isn’t design innovation — this is bullying & coercion in the name of "policy". You hold customer money hostage and force them to buy overpriced products.
I urge everyone: Don’t get carried away by Instagram reels or tall promises. Livspace is NOT adding value but extracting it.
I hope this post reaches the leadership team. Your policies need a hard look — empathy, ethics & fairness matter more than chasing order books.
I want either my refund or a fair price adjustment at market rates.

Fraudulent Practices – No Refund, Only False Promises
Livspace took ₹5.22 lakhs from me, gave false verbal commitments, delayed my project endlessly, and then refused to refund even a rupee after I had to cancel due to their inaction. They shared incorrect documents, ignored written requests for timelines, and kept stalling until I had no choice but to walk away. Completely unprofessional and unethical.

I have no words for this company. They took the 25000 Rs token from me and not refunding it. Livspace team, you are not building a business like this by taking money like that. My money is hard-earned money; I had to work hard to earn this money, and you are keeping this money. Shame on you. I will definitely say you will not sustain in the market for a long time, & I curse you from the depths of my heart that one day you will realize this...!!
This company is not good
This company is not good, never shared enough information with customer, then later you will have 100s of issues, interior designer in Surat are not good they are worst, operation team and RFV work no quality, cheap quality.
Also house owner good to be on-site because they installed cheap quality channels compared to whatbis mentioned while meeting discussion and in Pdf file, 10 years old paint was applied.

Kitchen nightmare
I don't want to waste any more time on this company, but the recent behaviour of their staff has left such a bad taste that I feel I need to put this out there to save others. I originally booked my home interiors with Livspace. My building was under construction so I had just started going through options. From the start they were pressuring me into booking immediately with some bullshit offers even when the original possession date of my flat was a year away. This was my first mistake. I paid the advance and forgot about it. Then we started the design phase. Again they were pressuring me to finish this early so they can "order" the stuff. This was again just to get more money from me. At the point again, the possession date given by the builder was atleast 9-10 months out. Now the builder delayed the possession by almost 2 years. By the time I am ready to start work, pretty much the entire staff I was working with had left the company. After calling their customer care 100 times, I finally had to visit their store and create a scene to get someone to talk to me about resuming work. Based on this experience I was already mad and I did not want anything to do with them, but I had already paid 50% of the money based on the initial design. They gave me some bullshit as usual that we have ordered the stuff etc. This was complete bullshit as it meant the stuff was sitting in their warehouse for 2 years. I would definitely not want any of that stuff in my house. At this point, I started talking to other folks who had done work with livspace and almost everyone I spoke to had bad reviews. Frankly I am surprised the rating here is 4.5. Maybe paid reviews. Finally after back and forth we agreed to reduce the scope just to the kitchen. They agreed as it meant that they dont have to return the money they were holding. All the initial communication regarding we have ordered raw materials was hence bullshit. The kitchens in their store looked good and the designers we spoke to seemed nice so we were relieved that this nightmare is finally over. However, then comes the implementation phase. The reason we gave them the kitchen is that there is very less scope for mistakes as it is modular. However the joke is they sent 1 person to install everything. He didnt even have the right tools. My private contractor had to help him out with some of the tools. When I complained, they sent 2 people the next day and finished the assembly. The initial assembly went okay but looking at their skill set I decided to reduce the scope further as I was not confident of them installing the counter top properly. Now only thing left is deep cleaning, installing wicker basket, installing skirting and alignment. This took 2-3 months. Again I had to call the team 100 times. They were dodging calls, switching their phones off etc. Half of the people we spoke to had left the company. This just shows how bad the work culture is. They prey on customers with fancy installations in their store and once they are hooked in, they move onto others. Even now, they have still not installed the wicker baskets as they claim they dont have the size that their designer gave us. They were even trying to install extra channels to make the small baskets fit just to finish the work. It is a shitshow. They have even ordered extra stuff which was not used and billed me. When we call they don't pick up or switch off their phones. I am planning to get the work done externally and save my mental peace. I would ask anyone who is reading this to please stay away. If you have booked already, make sure you dont have Mandar Rambade or Hashim Bhati as part of your implementation team.
Warning Regarding LIVSPACE Services – My Experience
I would like to share my experience with LIVSPACE as a cautionary note for anyone considering their services. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience.
I visited their studio in Gurugram for my apartment’s interior design. After a detailed discussion, we made a rough estimate before proceeding with the design and site visit. They asked me to pay a 10% advance to start the process, which I promptly transferred. However, the next day, due to unforeseen reasons, I decided not to proceed and requested a refund.
To my shock, they refused to refund my money and even stopped responding to my calls. Their team, consisting of a designer and two subordinates, was unhelpful. When I contacted customer care via email, they stated that LIVSPACE has a no-refund policy—something they had never mentioned before taking the advance payment.
Upon visiting their office again, they suggested that I purchase accessories instead of getting a refund. I had no choice but to agree to avoid losing my hard-earned money. I selected a few items, including a fan, chimney, bath accessories, and a chair. However, all these items were overpriced compared to market rates, and they did not even provide a GST invoice for my total payment.
Additionally, I strongly advise against buying furniture from them. The chair I purchased was of poor quality and very uncomfortable. Even after waiting 1.5 months for delivery, they refused to address my concerns regarding quality and service.
I urge everyone to be cautious before engaging with LIVSPACE. My experience has been highly disappointing, and I hope this serves as a warning to others.

Its a terrible arrangement.
- Lets start with the designer. They don't have enough experience and design from their desks. Don't visit the site post initial visit.
- Actual workers are under a so called supervisor who is the designated point of contact. He has no designing experience. So implementation lacks common sense. Their electricians, carpenters lack expertise.
- They take all money in advance.
- In our case, designer took laminate colour decisions without any consultations. We are disappointed with the outcome.
- Measurements are not accurate which impacts overall impact of the design.
- Don't treat projects underway with priority.
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Livspace – Would Not Recommend
I recently hired Livspace for the interior of my home, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. As an NRI living in the UK, I needed a company that could handle the project end-to-end without hassle. After reviewing several companies, Livspace seemed to offer a reasonable budget compared to others, but I quickly learned that cutting corners came at a high cost.
At first, communication was excellent, and they made plenty of promises. However, the designs they suggested were basic and lacked any creative flair. Once I paid half of the total cost, the team essentially disappeared. Calls and messages went unanswered, forcing me to escalate the issue to the CEO's office. While they responded quickly, the overall experience was still frustrating.
The project, which was supposed to be completed by mid-November, was delayed with no clear updates or reasons. The attitude of the team, particularly Harsha Lalwani, was unprofessional and rude. There was no single point of contact to coordinate with—no Project Manager—leading to confusion and inefficiency. I was expected to handle everything from buying electrical fittings to selecting paints and laminates, despite the understanding that I live abroad. The interior designer, Vaibhavi, provided no assistance in these decisions.
On-site communication was also poor; the construction team failed to reach out, and I was never able to speak with the site manager’s superior, Ashish. Additionally, I received fake updates that were later debunked when I visited the site, where there were barely any workers present. Even after reporting this, no action was taken.
The entire process has been incredibly stressful, and I would not recommend Livspace to anyone, especially NRIs looking for a one-stop solution. Their lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and failure to meet deadlines make them a company to avoid.
Beware of the sales pitch!
1) the process of various design steps and the number of time the team needs access to the physical site is not clearly mentioned during the onboarding call.
2) there are three different teams (sales team, design team and execution team) that work with the client over a period of time and the teams do not talk to each other. beware of the commitments made by the sales team. sale manager promised 4.3l plus chimney in the whatsapp message very clearly and design team refers to welcome email that was sent which is has different details than what has been agreed as per whatsapp.
3) despite agreeing on all the design details and with not many changes in the design throughout the project, sign off documents do not have the correct details.
4) they manage conversations via whatsapp but the emails have all the fine print and assuming that all documents are correct would be a mistake. please check and double check all the details shared in the emails.
5) despite promising to send updated document one day after site validation meeting, I do not get the document for 3 days and even after getting it, it has so many mistakes.
6) A simple question of mine to explain the difference between previous quotation and new quotation took multiple calls and messages causing a week of delay.
7) timelines are not being met by the design team in terms of response to basic questions and updates with incorrect signoff documents being shared and not providing clarity on custom panels worth 39k added after the KOM/validation meeting.
8) This is the third house for which we are consulting livpsace for and the experience this time has been really poor.
No professionalism at all
No professionalism at all. Ihad hired them for kitchen and wash rooms renovation. They told me they will finiit 4-6 weeks. We signed the contract.
Later sent me a a email that they will finish in 3 months. After that our harassment started. I wouldn’t recommend Livspace to anyone.
Better to hire any local person and get your job done
Hell with the customer
Only aim is to somehow hook the customer by sweet talks and high promises . They are always after money. Initial estimate ,will go up by minimum 10% as you proceed a little further and all little labour oriented or skill oriented works will be kept out saying approval team is not agreeing . Who will work on your project ? You get a feeling that some project work is on at your cost and there are some students doing it. Hopeless.
