David Guy has been exceptional in every way. He has dealt with every issue that’s been raised in a very professional and friendly manner. I wish everyone I speak to at Lloyds would take a leaf out of his book.

Response time was good. Person was able to provide the relevant info to my query.

I received a brief email stating that I am already on the lowest rate available and that this can be reviewed again in 6–7 months. However, I found the response unsatisfactory, as I had also asked for a copy of my contract and whether I am able to switch, and these points were not addressed.

Serhat understood our company's needs and was able to recommend the right terminal to replace our existing one.

I was in rather a hurry, so I was not interested in quite as much pleasantry as he was keen to give. Probably my bad.

Kian has been very helpful with our issues, Has understood the issues and dealt with them to fullest of his capabilities.

We have just moved our business banking to Lloyds from another high street bank. We had received awful customer service with our previous bank. I have dealt with Lloyds a lot over the past week to set up a complicated set of accounts. I have received excellent customer service from Lloyds. You can always speak to someone quickly over the phone and we Webchat is great at answering queries too! Particular thanks to Corrina on the Card Payments Team and Harry in Business Banking. Well Done Lloyds - really impressed so far :)

Does what it says on the tin and addresses perfectly the needs of a small charitable group. Process and service from Lloyds from in branch advice to online application through delivery and implementation was faultless.

Ordering and setting up the Cardnet machine was easy and very satisfactory. However, I run a voluntary group that puts on an annual performing arts festival in my town. The card reader paid for itself over the weekend but charging a voluntary group, that relies on grants and donations to keep going, an albeit small, commission on every transaction is a bit much, particularly when we get charged service fees as well. Does Lloyds Bank not make enough money already without charging small not-for-profit voluntary groups?

Spoke with Cleo ref updating my card machine and it was simple and straight forward - she knew what was doing and made it easy and was a pleasure to talk too .

Lorraine has been amazing getting our new card machine agreements set up. we had 3 businesses to move over to lloyds and the whole process has been simple.
She has been great at assisting us with any questions and was really prompt at responding.

Excellent service. Kian was very helpful, professional, and courteous, and successfully resolved all of my issues during the call.

Cardnet is fine, and so is Deepak, brilliant guy. But their third party machine supplier support has been absolutely terrible (NON EXISTENT!). Their support number is a premium-rate number, which is honestly unbelievable. I’m paying to ask for help connecting the machine you supplied THAT I ALSO PAY FOR MONTHLY! What an irony…
(And no, they never called to help with the machine or anything)

I still haven’t managed to connect the terminal to Wi-Fi because nobody ever called me back. I genuinely don’t understand how a great bank like Lloyds partners with a company offering this level of support.

At this point I honestly wish I had stayed with Barclaycard.

Also there’s no option on the POS machine to add extra details to a payment.

Having worked with previous suppliers in other roles and been underwhelmed, what has stood out for the last few years having worked with Lloyds Cardnet is the fantastic support from Kelly Merritt, our Client Services Manager. Kelly is professional, manages expectations, proactive and an absolute pleasure to work with. This all means a great service, even when issues are encountered as you have a confidence they will be resolved promptly and to a high level.
