Very efficient and professional contact with Keri.

Teresa at the Swansea office sorted my new van insurance nothing was too much trouble the speed and efficiency was excellent what a credit to the team. Long standing customer for 30 years keep up the good work and give her a pay rise she's definitely a keeper

My classic car insurance renewal was not straightforward as I have 4 cars & drivers on one policy with wedding cover and agreed values and one of my drivers made a fault claim on his own insurance last year.
However Keri was really efficient as always, she contacted the underwriters by phone and email and ensured they were aware and all the Ts were crossed and Is dotted.

Rachel was very efficient and attentive WRT our car insurance renewal. She provided alternative cheaper quotes and answered our questions by return. I was impressed with her manner as well as her ability and would have no hesitation in recommending her and her company.

Friendly, efficient service - even though the call was cut off at one point - which completed with the minimum of fuss.

I had major stress with my son who is Autistic arranging his car insurance after a disappointing experience with another insurer.

There is much to be said about going to a traditional insurance broker wheb organising insurance, rather than going online which is so inpersonal.

Required House insurance to be in place for purchase of Grade 2* listed property. Keri was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, reviewing policies which would be best fit for purpose and looking into re-build cost requirements. She answered all my questions (there were many!) and was patient and clear with the advice she offered. Very happy with her professional manner and kindness.
