Just renewed home buildings and contents insurance with these guys. Great outfit: super-responsive and personal service from George Brinkley.

George was exceptional. Having called earlier in the year for car insurance, I rang for a house insurance quote and took out the policy offered.
Unlike a computer George was able to tweak bits of the policy to bring the price within range, but keep the cover needed.
The fact that NatureSave help the planet and use ethical/green providers is just the icing on the cake. Whats not to love?!

George gave a careful analysis of the insurance options available to us - and dealt with our decisions promptly.
We would recommend his services.

George Brinkley has been very helpful in setting up the policy and prompt in answering queries. I've ended up with a lower premium than I had last year with a different insurer. However, I can't comment on the response to making a claim - and hopefully it'll stay that way!

Customer communication is perfect. I was able to go through all the details for a new policy quote with a real human on the phone - hurray! He (George) was very personable, efficient and helpful. The paperwork came through quickly each time I made an adjustment to the details I had given on our new property we’re moving to. We have had insurance with NatureSave for over 10 years and they are consistently decent, friendly and efficient to deal with.

It makes a huge difference to us that this company acknowledges and even seems to celebrate and reward the eco sustainable design aspects we have invested in such as PV energy and triple glazed windows.

The price was also fantastic compared to another mainstream company I asked. This was for buildings and contents insurance.

First of all being able to talk with a real person as soon as you called, instead of going through a gauntlet of computerised a voice asking what you want, made real difference in the experience. Abha was/is a star. Our query was complicated and she handled it with diligence and professionalism from the get go. We chose Naturesave because they give back to the environment. We would not hesitate to recommend Naturesave others and will do so, not the least because the people with whom you work are truly there to help you with your insurance needs. Top work!

James was great, dealt with a lot of queries over a lot of calls from my co-op, really investigated terminology rather than taking an easy out that would have cost us more. I don't like receiving calls so I appreciate that he agreed to email me and let me call him

Great service from James - a friendly and capable human being - not a chatbot designed to waste hours of your time before conceding that it can't deal with your issue, so either a) you're making it up or b) you need to talk to a person....

If, like me, you run a village hall on a voluntary basis - that's your free time that's the victim of cutting costs by overusing AI. Next time you're reviewing services, stick out for companies that help make your life easier, rather than companies that are making money out of making your life harder.

Midway in through the process of amending a village hall policy, the technology gods decided to disallow emails between James and myself - not in trash, spam or even accompanied by a "can't send" message.

I'm sure a chatbot would have told me that the problem was with my IT service provider - and wouldn't have budged from that position.

I used old tech aka "the telephone": with a direct line number that's right at the top of the web site, (not a call centre with a menu to click through, hidden away in some unexpected part of the website). I was able to talk to directly to James and we quickly identified a workable solution. Great service!

The policy itself is great too and good value for money Naturesave is an ethical company
Naturesave has its own Trust fund which offers grants to environmental projects.

I arranged contents cover via this company. George was extremely helpful and professional during the call and he got me cover at a good price.i have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Looking for insurance for a non-standard building (a wooden Chalet) as my current provider has jacked up my premium by 33% over the last two years. I spoke with George Brinkley who was personable and helpful and answered all my questions (however basic some of the were). Felt like a human being was on the end of the phone! I'm switching to Naturesave largely because of their personable service!
