Absolute Disgrace. They shouldn’t be in business. Pls don’t reserve as they won’t honour and you won’t be getting refund on your reservation viewing payment.

I paid for viewing reservation for a car that was sold before I viewed. Only thing I am now asking is to get refund on the viewing reservation payment.

I called their sales person Joey, before I left for viewing appointment on 26th May and I was one hour into M25 when Joey called to say that the car had been sold and I can return back. I have no issues that it was highly unprofessional to take money for reservation and not tell that car has been sold when I started the journey given I live 2 hrs away, and only to be told when I had already driven for more than an hour. My challenge now is how I get the £199 viewing reservation money back. Any suggestions from anyone will help.

First time buying from LMC and would definitely recommend to family and friends,great non pushy service from salesman Jengiz who kept us informed through the whole process and promptly sorted the minor issues we noticed on the car when viewing. On collection day he rang and checked what time we would coming so he could personally hand over the car,really pleased with our new vehicle and the service we received.

Great service when we bought our BMW from Mo. Always kept in touch and always followed through. Very helpful on handover of car which was very smooth. Would recommend LMC.

Just I buy a Tesla Model Y last Saturday

Saw a car from LMC, phoned up made arrangements to view at 9am Saturday 18th May, they said already had a deposit / holding fee paid but could not contact them so car was still for sale
I attended to site after a near 200 mile journey to buy the car, they said go get some breakfast as just finishing off a small job, when i went back they were selling the car to someone else !!, THEY used me as a backup in case the others did not buy it

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY USED ME LIKE A MUG

I visited LMC Car to find a new car, and Mo Rahmam assisted me. He was incredibly friendly, provided fantastic customer service, guided me through the process, and even helped with the part exchange of my previous vehicle. Overall, it was a great experience at the dealership, and I'm pleased with my purchase. Big thanks to Mo and LMC Car LTD for my new vehicle!

Worst customer service ever received. Wating for second set of key for 6 weeks. Had to call them every week still not received. They promised to deliver that in less than two weeks. Very disappointed😡

A story of 2 tales.

First part of actually buying my car was excellent. I got a very good value PX and the purchase price of my car was extremely reasonable. The sales person was nice and everything was going so well until the after sales service.

Aftersales were and are still awful. I had a problem with my car which despite me telling them what the problem was from the computer readout, they insisted on saying that wasnt the cause and only changed the oil filter. This 2 weeks later, surprise surprise it come back again. I couldnt be bothered to go back through all this pain with them and driving 40miles round trip to get it sorted so I got it fixed using the information available first time with a local garage.

Then comes the service plan I brought, DONT DO THIS!!!! I have tried to call 4 times to book a service and every time I get told someone will call me back and they dont do it.

If you want any form of after care service this isnt the place to spend your money concidering they are a premium car dealership.

I bought a car in this place, which was my biggest nightmare. So, I am sharing my experience here to help someone who sadly decided to buy a vehicle there. Before you leave this place, open the trunk and bonnet of the car and check everything. Therefore, my car came with a battery leaking acid (the start and stop were not working); the oil levels after a month and a half were already low (I had to buy one litre of oil and refill, and they gave me the money back). The A/C never worked, but I noticed after two weeks past the "eventual" warranty that they do not cover it.
Moreover, I contacted the shop to solve all these problems, and they said that I had to bring the car back to the shop. Now that I live in North London, which is not around the corner, I am a single mother. I work part-time and study full-time, so my time, as you (the reader) can imagine, is not short. I asked to come on Saturday since I brought the car on a Saturday; they said the garage does not work on Saturdays. Hence, no, I have to go during the week and miss the afternoon off work (because they do not give me the money back). Now, because I just noticed the A/C two weeks after the three-month warranty, Mr James (the general manager of this site in RM20 3NL, London Rd., west Thurrock, Prufleet-on-Thames) decided that they did not cover a fault that was already present in the car from the beginning. So, if you are considering using this shop to get your first or even your second car, think wisely. I do not recommend it; sadly, I can't return anymore, and money is tough for everyone now. It appears that they fixed nothing. The battery, they said, was in good condition, and the levels of the oil—I do not know if it is fine—the canvas that goes under the car—they just ripped the rest and did not replace it, and of course, the A/C was not covered by the warranty. This situation made me very anxious, and they didn't care about it. Thank you for reading this review.

Another, please do not use this Company, we purchased a car from them, it is true, they will mess you around, with the collection of your vehicle. Things stated to be done as condition of sale, will not be done!! They allowed a vehicle to be taken in an 7nsafe condition!! They will never speak with you or respond to any correspondences. They will lie continuously about what has been done & how. Will tell you before you buy, they will get all issues resolved, tell you, you will have new replacements for things wrong, but let me tell you, you most certainly WILL NOT. You will end up with a bodged repair, that won't last even if the vehicle is not being driven & being kept in a garage. Impossible you would think, but I can prove, how bodge it all up, verses what you are told will happen, to get you to buy a vehicle!! This is only weeks ago. I too am now in the process of speaking with ombudsmen, watch dog etc. As this should not be allowed to happen to anyone!! Most good reviews if you read them properly are only concerning London Motor Company buying of vehicles. Mostly bad ones are regarding purchase of vehicles FROM THEM!! We appear to be just another one of them, treated very badly customers. I will do what ever necessary to sort my issues out with them!!

I recently bought a Q5 from LMC; March 2024. Shout out to James and Kevin for their fantastic sales workmanship. There was no forced sales pitches and they allow you the time to think and ensure you’re making the right choice.

My fiance has purchased several cars from LMC over the years and this is his only go to place. They never disappoint.

Excellent customer service right the way through from viewing the car, part exchanging my previous car and signing the paperwork was such a breeze no stress.

Having read some of the other reviews online, I was mixed as to whether to do business with LMC, as handing over £28k for a car I’d not seen in the metal was a bit daunting, bearing in mind some of the 1 star reviews.
However, I’m pleased to speak as I find and report that buying my new Tesla was a quick and hassle free experience. Minor blemishes were dealt with prior to collection and the handover was quick. I have no problems recommending LMC, especially if you’re considering a car still under the manufacturer warranty.

If you do anything please AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
Paid a deposit on a car and agreed finance, booked an apt with them with the view of purchasing and driving away the car on the same day and part exchanging my car. The salesman Joe I was dealing with knowingly allowed me to drive over 2 hours from London (1 week after paying the deposit and making the apt) for him to tell me when I arrived that the car actually wasn't on site after an engine management light illuminated and had an oil leak the day prior. This was after I was informed that the car had gone through a 75 point check to ensure the car was ready and checked for sale which was clearly a lie. Nobody thought to phone and tell me prior to me visiting despite phoning one hour in advance to say id be running late due to fatal accident on the Dartford crossing. I asked for my deposit back to which Joe told me would be processing instantly. On the day I did not receive an ounce of compassion or a singe apology just a 'it is what it is' and 'I've been off for a few days' attitude. Almost 2 weeks later I am still fighting for my deposit. I asked to speak to a manager which was James the general manager, very rude, incoherent and completely unhelpful and thought rather than trying to resolve the matter thought I wanted to hear the words 'sorry' and it all be forgotten - Please DO NOT use this company, absolutely disgusting customer service. Currently going through my bank to get my deposit back - Thank goodness the sale didn't go ahead, I dread to think the issues id be having - Absolute cowboys.

Fantastic service from these guys and went all out to book my car in straight away. Very friendly service and extremely reasonable. Highly recommend
