Contacted Lobster by phone to get details of how to set up a new phone. Email sent with simple instructions immediately, lobster or Jose B stayed on the line to make sure it arrived. When I had snags following the link I spoke again to Jose B who was able to take me point by point through my new phone until he found what was stopping me connecting. Very simple for him but not for me. He was brilliant and very patient. I have always recommended lobster and will continue to do so. The operators are the best. Thank you Jose B!

Wanted to change my payment details and it took less than 2 minutes spoke to a lovely lady who was as efficient and well spoken a pleasure to talk to.

Phone up to use both the internet and call services. Very knowledgeable agent and extremely helpful, friendly and polite.

This is such a great company, customer service goes beyond helping people and it’s wonderful that they communicate to you in English, really appreciate it because my Spanish is not good.

Kyle was great. Sorted my issue in 2 minutes!!

once I received a call back Kyle talked me through how to get sorted out after listening to the issue carefully. He got me up and running in no time considering how stressed I have been trying to fathom the website

We lost our fiber internet, assistant at first never mentioned wrong password, even after I asked about password and checked my password with the assistant.
The following day the assistant said to my partner that she should try the password on the back of the router.
Which was successful.
I don’t know how password was changed, as the password I had been using since signing up with Lobster.
Kyle told us about the other password this morning.

I had problems in activating my new Lobster SIM card and was very satisfied with the help given by Jose, great customer service and I’m glad to say all is in order and I’m back on line

A unique experience. Being able to talk with a person of which made you feel like talking as you would to your best friend. A warmth in there voice that made you smile and felt like they enjoyed their line of work I was speaking with Kyle who had all of these qualities. I've always said no matter what the job there is only one type of person that fits a particular job description and Kyle certainly fits his. He is a natural and also communicated at every level of my situation. To be honest I have spoken about this to my friends as I have mentioned at the beginning a very rare unique experience when contacting a company. Just one thing I wish to mention which is very annoying. While waiting for someone to be free to attend you, stating at the beginning what no you are in the queue not waiting several minutes before that is announced as then the customer can determine whether they have time to hold on or not.

I have been a customer for over 18 months and the service has been excellent. Jose b helped me resolve a query today, he was extremely knowledgeable and resolved my problem. I would highly recommend Lobster for its communication services

I spoke to a team member called Kyle, he was very reassuring about my question and went on to inform me of details pertaining to my initial question that hadn't occurred to me.
Very happy with the interaction, I also didn't have to fight through AI to get to a human 😁

Have got nothing bur praise for your lobster service expecially Tracey this morning concerning my query . 5 star service through and through
