Connor and Daniel
Connor and Daniel arrived and started by putting camera down my drains . When they showed me the state of my sewage pipes we agreed that work was needed. After they had all the equipment needed they started work by lining the sewer pipes and did not stop until late into the evening. The next day a new access port was put into my garage floor and finished very neatly. They worked very hard and I cannot praise them enough.Thank you team.😊

Charged £7xx but cannot fix the problem
Booking at 4-6pm on Sunday, but came at 8ish.
Finally £7xx, but cannot fix the problem.
Two days later, another Drainage Company just charged £144, and CLEAR the block drain.

Your visit was booked as an emergency call-out on a Sunday evening, which is charged at a higher rate due to out-of-hours availability. The delay in arrival was caused by earlier emergency jobs overrunning, but we appreciate that waiting longer than expected is frustrating and we apologise for this.
In some cases, severe or recurring blockages cannot be fully resolved during an initial emergency visit and may require further work or follow-up solutions. Drainage issues can vary significantly depending on the underlying cause, which can sometimes differ from what another contractor later encounters.
That said, we understand your disappointment, particularly given the cost involved, and we take feedback like this seriously. If you would like us to review the job details or discuss the outcome further, please contact our office and we will be happy to look into it.

Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. They first spent a vast amount of time getting the booking confirmed, which in the end cam down to them not having received an advance payment - completely our fault for not making the payment, but they could have told us much sooner that they couldn't locate a payment as oppose to causing the delay.
They finally went to site and carried out their 'investigation'. Their 'report' consisted of several pages of adverts with one page with a quote on it - no actual reporting of the condition of the drains or location of manholes/junctions etc.
When I queried how they considered this to be a 'report' they did acknowledge that it fell short and offered to refund us in full, so that we could go elsewhere. We provided bank details and never received the refund. They now appear to have blocked our emails as we receive error messages when we write to them.
All in all, we would not recommend using this firm.

You are absolutely right that the initial delay was caused by the advance payment not having been received, but we accept that this should have been communicated to you much sooner and more clearly. We apologise for the frustration this caused.
Regarding the report, we did acknowledge at the time that it fell short of what you reasonably expected, and we offered a full refund so you could proceed elsewhere. We sincerely apologise that this refund was not completed as promptly as it should have been. That is not acceptable, and we understand how this has impacted your confidence in us.
We would like to be very clear that we have not intentionally blocked your emails. If you have received delivery errors, this may be due to a technical issue, but we appreciate that from your perspective it feels like a lack of response, and we’re sorry for that.
We would welcome the opportunity to resolve the outstanding refund immediately. Please contact us via an alternative email address or phone number, or if you prefer, respond here and we will reach out directly to ensure this is closed properly.

Wouldn’t recommend
Booking was smooth. Cancelled first appointment and then was several hours late for the next. Offered 10% discount for the tardiness but they offer 10% off anyway.
Despite being advised that a ‘quote’ would be given prior to work, I was called when the job was done. By right I should just have said no and not paid. There was no agreement in place for this work to be done. That is poor practice and pressurises customers to ‘pay up’.
Charge by the half hour, which is incentive to work slowly. No attempt to clear the drain without ‘the machine’ so extra £70 + vat. Expected to pay @£80.00 ended up being stung for over £200.00.
This was a blocked kitchen waste pipe, no complications for a professional.
Will not recommend to others!
BTW. The hi@ email doesn’t work, meaning that none of my concerns could be aired.

We’re pleased to hear the booking process was smooth, though we do apologise for the delay on the rescheduled appointment. The goodwill discount offered was specifically for the lateness and is not the same as any general promotion, which may have caused some confusion.
For clarity, our pricing structure is fully explained on recorded calls **before** any visit takes place and is **again clearly set out and signed for on arrival**, prior to any work starting. We do not operate hidden charges. All equipment use, including specialist machinery where required, is discussed and authorised before proceeding.
We charge by time because drainage issues can vary significantly in complexity; however, our engineers are trained to work efficiently and resolve issues as quickly and effectively as possible. In some cases, manual methods are not suitable or effective, and mechanical equipment is necessary to properly clear the blockage and avoid repeat issues.
We’re sorry you feel the service did not meet your expectations, but we stand by the transparency of our pricing and the work carried out on this job.

Speedy response, good workers but more transparency needed in cost
I would love to be able to give more stars because the men who carried out the major works were good.
However, the company's methods of pricing and arrangements for necessary subsequent visits are somewhat questionable. Although expensive, they nevertheless provided a speedy response for our blocked drain. Joel was very pleasant and polite, hoovered out the drain, diagnosed a potential issue but investigation with a camera (which seemed necessary) was an additional cost, which we agreed to as, without this, it would seem impossible to clarify any potential issue. We saw the footage which was blurry to us but he recognised a broken pipe.
The work which he recommended could be carried out the following day or, in our case, the following day as the next day was not possible for us. If we wanted this attended to then, we had to make an instant decision. We would not have to pay for Joel's visit (£315 approx) if we immediately paid a fifty per cent deposit of £1200. The predicted cost was vague in detail and eventually incurred an extra £900 which we clearly had to agree to as it was in the middle of the repairs.
We also had to pay the remaining 'half' immediately on completion (!) Total bill was almost £4000. We received a job completion report on 20 January detailing the works but have had no itemised bill for those works, nor any guarantee.
However, we were very happy with Boyd and Charlie who arrived to follow up the issue - good communication re arrival times, polite, respectful and clearly committed to doing a proper job which grew into a bigger challenge as they uncovered the situation beneath but they kept us informed and worked tirelessly for hours in difficult conditions to resolve the issue.
Work carried out on 5,7&8 January but unable to put all dates in box.

Major drainage repairs can unfortunately uncover further underlying issues once works are underway, and where this happens we always seek approval before proceeding with any additional work. That said, we understand how difficult it can feel to make decisions in the moment, and we take your feedback on transparency and clarity very seriously.
Regarding pricing, CCTV surveys and repair works are charged separately as they involve different equipment, expertise and time on site. Deposits are requested on larger jobs to secure labour, materials and scheduling, with the balance due on completion, which is standard practice for this type of work. However, we acknowledge that clearer breakdowns and documentation would have been helpful in your case.
We apologise for the delay in providing an itemised invoice and guarantee documentation – this is not the level of service we aim to provide. If you have not already received these, we would encourage you to contact our office directly so we can resolve this promptly and ensure everything is fully in order.

Initially great but terrible company - avoid
Initially great, it turned out they had caused wider damage to our drains (cracked the adjacent pipes) in the process. When we requested that they come and repair, they started blaming us, the house, and anything they could to get out of it. The guys who came were terrific (one messaged me to say they've left the company since). The company is terrible. Avoid and go for a proper company.

However, we must respectfully clarify that we would not have damaged or cracked adjacent drainage pipes during the works carried out. Our methods and equipment are designed to avoid structural damage, and no damage was identified or reported at the time of completion. Where drains are already compromised, existing cracks or defects can unfortunately become apparent after clearance or inspection, but this does not mean they were caused by the works themselves.
When concerns were raised, we did review the information provided and explained our findings based on the condition of the drainage system and the property. This was not an attempt to “blame” but to give a factual assessment of likely causes.
We’re sorry that your overall experience left you feeling dissatisfied, but we do not accept that our company caused additional damage. We do, however, appreciate your comments about our engineers and wish you the best moving forward.

Slow draining toilet
Joel quickly found the problem was due to a blocked communal sewer which he was able to clear immediately. Problem solved!
I was impressed with how quickly Joel was able to identify the cause.
I would certainly use this company again if needed.
