I’ve been driving for Uber etc. for many years, and it’s by far the best PCO rental service I’ve used. Very good in communication, and very accommodating.

Ive been renting my car from Locar for nearly a year now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. They are fast, reliable, and incredibly efficient — perfect for anyone who values their time. For the quickest response, I highly recommend reaching out to them via WhatsApp. When contacting them Matt is always very understanding and helpful, always ready to answer questions and assist with any concerns.

As someone under 25, I found it difficult to get added to insurance with most car rental companies — but Locar assured me it was no problem at all. They made the process smooth and stress-free, which really set them apart from others.

Because of their exceptional service, I’ve already recommended Locar to a few of my friends who are looking to rent and I’ll continue to do so!

I HAVE BEEN RENTING CARS FROM MANY COMPANIES BEFORE, BUT SINCE MY FRIEND INTRODUCED LOCAR RENTAL TO ME, I HAVE BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR FOUR YEARS NOW AND I HAVE NEVER STAYED WITH A RENTAL COMPANY MORE THAN ONE YEAR. ANYTIME I WANT TO CHANGE MY VEHICLE, THEY WILL CHANGE IT WITHIN A WEEK. LOCAR RENTAL IS ALWAYS FAIR AND THEIR ACCOUNTABILITY IS VERY GOOD. LOOKING TO RENT A CAR, LOCAR RENTAL IS YOUR ANSWER.

Easy going . well understandable when it comes to professionalism.

I've been using Locar for 17 months now. When contacting customer service if needed the response is always quick, friendly and helpful. Documents are easy to upload without any issues. I definitely recommend Locar to all private hire drivers.

Locar is in a league of its own. The service they provide is genuinely excellent professional, straightforward, and driver-first.

All the staff, especially Matt and Chloe are soo friendly and helpful. You’re not just a number, they actually work with you, not against you, which is rare in this industry.

Their customer service is second to none. They understand the challenges of taxi driving and don’t breathe down your neck like the traditional rental companies do. They just let you get on with your work and support you whenever you need it. It honestly feels more like a partnership than a rental agreement.

On top of all that, their prices are unbeatable! literally no other competitor comes close. They also give you full access to their partner garage, so if anything needs fixing, servicing or repairing, you’re sorted straight away! No delays, no runaround, no stress.
