I have been with Locar for a while now and haven't tested many other car rental company they are the best in terms of customer service and care,nice cars, quick response to your queries and they carry out. Service or repairs as a matter of urgency.

Been with them for a few years now. Can't fault them, support is excellent, very good vehicles, no need for an appointment to get the MOT/service done in their partner garage, quick response to my queries even out of office hours. Both Matt and Chloe are extremely friendly and efficient.

Nice, shinny and reliable cars you don’t need appointment to go to their garage for MOT or any kind of mechanical services. The mechanics are very friendly and always available to assist, most of it all they give three weeks discount holiday payment if you choose to keep the car. I have been renting a car from the company Locar cars for the past two and half years. I can only stay this long if I am comfortable! Matt, Lee and Chloe I can't fault you Guys. The vehicle is reasonably priced and people who run the company are flexible when called upon. I am still holding on to my vehicle.

A no- nonsense private hire car rental firm who and will show understanding and compassion in a generally dog eat dog business. Both Matt and Lee are genuinely decent people and will not hold you over the barrel considering all the pit holes of the rental business that you will experience in most other firms. I've rented a PCO vehicle from Locar and my experience with them has been great especially when dealing with Matt.
I was reluctant to buy an electric car, because I preferred a Hybrid that I could use on Uber and for my work commute as well. I reached out to Locar last year in March and they sorted me out. So, far compared to other PCO rental companies, Locar has been so good and below are some of the pointers I think they excel at.
Efficiency - Very quick to respond to any query.
Flexibility - So, willing to work with you, depending on your circumstances. They're really fair as well.
Cars - Clean cars and in good condition.
For me, Locar's highly recommended.
