the team in the train central station in Bari were great.
they have patient to all my questions, they were very pleased
gave me a good car,
I wanted to put the car in the train center back, was afraid with the travel to the airport. there were a nice person in the station that said , it is safe and not a bad roads , gave me some confidance to travel to the airport .
everyone were so great.
I am a travel agent and I am so happy to rent a car to visit all the Pugia area.

prenotazione facile sul sito. Al ritito si e' accesa una spia e l'auto e' stata cambiata in pochi minuti. personale giovane e efficiente

Il ragazzo all’aeroporto of Bari, non so il nome, è stato di grande aiuto. Inoltre al ritorno della macchina alla stazione di Bari centrale , il giovane ragazzo di nome Davide è stato gentilissimo con noi.

Great Service, good car, perfect customer experience - Had a rental car for one day on short notice organized via our hotel. Just 10 minutes after asking for a car at the hotel reception the car was ready to go in front of the hotel. Never had such a nice, friendly and uncomplicated experience when renting a car before. Davide nos atendió muy muy bien y cumplió con todo lo pactado.

Reservé un auto compacto marca Toyota ( dado que no quería Fiat Panda) y pagué más por eso.
Sin embargo, al llegar a oficina me dijeron que no tienen Toyota en su flota ( por lo cual lo considero información engañosa) y tuve que aceptar Fiat Panda o tendría q haber pagado un plus por otro auto pequeño como un clio.
Además, el tanque no estaba lleno , sino que había una diferencia de 180 km de autonomía

We payed separately for the fuel service at my creditcard I see but the initial € 500,- is still missing after almost 3 weeks!

Very quick and professional. The car was exactly what we wanted and what we saw online. We could have used a little more direction on how to return our car at the airport. We had an early flight and didn't know where to return the keys. The kiosks weren't open yet so no one was available. Another family was searching with us too, we weren't the only ones in this situation. Thankfully a security guard told us to go to the counter inside the airport.
