It was easy to get the car e give it back. The car was clean.

Good car; great receptionist at Florence outlet with good English; clear instructions on returning.

Every thing was good after booking, except the pickup process. When we arrived to pickup the vehicle there as only 1 person on staff in the early AM. Stood in line for about half an hour to get all of the paper work done. There should be at least two people on staff to handle checkins.

Picked up the vehicle in Florence and dropped in La Spezia. Vehicle was new and in good condition. Booking process was straight forward. Staff were pleasant. Overall very pleasant experience.

One of the reasons we went with LocAuto was because they actually provide the 3rd party insurance coverage themselves, as opposed to going through a 3rd party insurer. You know up front exactly what your costs are rather than finding out out at the pickup counter if you wanted extra insurance and haven't already purchased 3rd party insurance on your own. Insurance was more expensive that through a 3rd party, but it always is.

I booked an Opel Corsa or something similar and got a new Jeep Avengers with 2000 km on board. Very serious company, I didn't pay warranty or full insurance.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the company. That's why we choose Locauto every time. But this time we were a bit disappointed. We had chosen a Toyota Aigo, but we got a Fiat Panda without air conditioning. The trip was unpleasant. We didn't read anywhere that the car would be without air conditioning. Otherwise, the employees are great. I hope we won't be disappointed again, I hope it was a misunderstanding, not practice. We would choose Locauto again, but much more carefully.

Easy check in. Upgraded to a bit bigger car that had a GPS system that we requested and paid for.

O carro era um Fiat Panda que tinha sido um pouco maltratado por anteriores clientes, mas portou-se bem, e deu para fazer a roadtrip pela Toscana.
