Tudo impecável
O check in online foi perfeito para levantar logo o carro na garagem sem perder tempo. A entrega do carro também foi muito rápida e simples.
O carro era um Fiat Panda que tinha sido um pouco maltratado por anteriores clientes, mas portou-se bem, e deu para fazer a roadtrip pela Toscana.

From registering to pickup and drop off, everything went smoothly. Car was clean and ready in time. Instruction to bring it back through ZTL was very clear.

The car was great! A brand new Peugeot. The agents were friendly, kind and efficient. Directions were clear. I highly recommend this car rental agency.

It was too puzzling to return the car…
It was too puzzling to return the car in FCO when the office is closed. No google map directions, just a difficult to understand paper map black and white of the airport. Almost missed our flight trying to reach the location. Then, you proceed to charge me 60 euros only per fueling fee when I literally wasted the whole time trying to reach the rental place. I was out only 2 marks of the fuel meter. Worst experience in rental ever.

We are sorry to read that the drop off office was not easy to find, our parking facilities at Fiumicino Airport have recently been relocated. We recognize that signage needs to be enhanced to prevent any confusion for our customers and we will advise Airport Management on the specific actions required to resolve this.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, Clean cars. The only thing needs improvement is they don't take payment from all cards, The card has to be physical. I was using my mobile phone to pay.
