Esperienza positiva; benchè fosse la settimana di ferragosto ho aspettato poco, il personale è stato gentile, ho avuto spiegazioni complete

Everything went great except the not functioning car light and the chemical that was supposed to be the windscreen washer fluid which wasn’t and resulted in the window being so dirty I had to put the car in car wash.

Fast check in and check out. Good new car.

-La personne qui nous a réceptionné au retour pas très courtois, il pleuvait beaucoup , aurait pu nous ramener à 150 m a l’entrée des ascenseurs, ça lui aurait pris 5 minutes.

La prise en charge et le retour du véhicule, conforme à ce qui a été demandée, c’est fait de manière aisé

I hired the car online directly from Locauto, it was straight forward. I made a mistake to mark my pick up at Terminal 2 at Malpensa Airport, yet we arrived and flew off from Terminal 1 .
It took almost a hour to get to Terminal 2 by the free shuttle. Terminal 1 car hire was very crowded, so it might have been the same waiting time in the queue as going to the very empty Terminal1.
At T2 in the small office were two counters, Locauto share it with an other company. We made the paperwork, than went up by the lift next by to pick up the car.
The cars were located on the top floor 50 ms away . The Locauto container office was a bit tricky to find . The reason was, that the Locauto sign on the top of the container office(shared with other car hire companies) was not so visible from where we came out from the lift.
The staff at the office and the staff of the pickup place were very nice and helpful! We return the car free of charge to Terminal 1 , after we refilled the car by Somma Lombardo’s automatic fuel station.
The car was a maculate, a little Fiat Panda, perfect to drive Lake Como’s narrow roads. I recommend to everyone to hire with full coverage insurance directly by Locauto, than you have no worries! Great company!

Got a VW in Milan, car was OKish, but soon started warning it needs oil. I contacted the rental office and they kindly suggested to buy oil, find someone who would top it up and keep the receipt for refund. I've spent my time doing so, ok. Then the car asked to inflate the front left tyre, there was no pump in the car, ok I spent more time searching for a fuel station with a pump.
When I returned the car I was told they'll refund the oil price. It's been 10 days and no refund. Furthermore now they don't reply to my emails nicely, but instead they send me to some customer contact zone on their website. When it was their fault with oil they were so kind, and responded quickly. When it gets to a refund they're suddenly so strict.

Upd: 7th of September, still no refund.

My car rental experience with your company was extremely smooth, simple, and pleasant from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently without any complications or difficulties.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, professional, and quick in completing all the necessary procedures, which made the whole experience very comfortable and stress-free.
