Unfortunately, for locations near train stations or in city centers, finding large parking areas is quite challenging, which is why our lots are sometimes located further away. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter.
Regarding your concern about the extra day charge, we would like to kindly clarify how our daily rates work. Our rentals are based on a 24-hour cycle and include a 59-minute grace period for returns; exceeding this tolerance window, our system automatically applied the charge for an additional day, as per our Terms and Conditions.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a fully positive experience.

Mi sono trovato davvero bene con Locauto alla Stazione Centrale di Milano. Tutto semplice e veloce, sia per il ritiro che per la riconsegna dell’auto.
Soprattutto, ho apprezzato tantissimo il personale: ragazzi gentili, disponibili e molto professionali, che mi hanno seguito e spiegato tutto con calma. Si vede quando una persona fa il proprio lavoro con attenzione e disponibilità.
Macchina in ordine e nessun problema durante il noleggio. Sicuramente mi rivolgerò di nuovo a loro. Consigliati!

It was the worst experience picking up…
It was the worst experience picking up rental car at Milan airport, they told you to walk 1/4 of a mile and figure out the car pick up place. Never rented car like this way.

Please note that city center and station offices do not have space for large parking lots directly in front of their premises. For this reason, car rental collection points are located in designated parking areas a short walk away.

Al primo noleggio la distanza tra "ufficio" e consegna auto non è breve, ma da qui in poi dovrebbe essere più rapida (direttamente al garage)
