Obsługa była bardzo miła i wytłumaczyła wszystko jak należy. Najważniejsze w tym wszystkim jest to, że dotrzymali warunków umowy i nie doliczali żadnych dodatkowych ukrytych opłat.

Our car was not ready to pick up until…
Our car was not ready to pick up until about 20 minutes after our reservation even though we we there about 1/2 hour early. It was nearly impossible to find the location to return the car as well. The person that took the car from us kicked a pylon out of the way for us to park. I felt like we were an inconvenience to him.

Personnel professionnel lors de la remise des clés. Facilité pour trouver le parking où prendre le véhicule. Personnel très sympathique à l'aéroport de Rome lors de la restitution du véhicule.

Avoid paying twice car insurance. Make sure tank is full to avoid exaggerated fines.
There is no good coordination between check24 in Germany and Locauto in Rome. I ended up paying twice for a car insurance.
The agent in Rome will try to scare you into an insurance.
Take care of refueling. Make sure the tank is full when you return the car. When I returned the car, the display indicated that 100 km are missing to full tank. They immediately charged me 55 Euro for that.

Our staff at the desk explained that you were not covered directly by Locauto because that specific service was sold to you by Check24. You can verify all the details in your booking terms and conditions. As for fuel, we offer a prepaid fuel service to our customers to avoid issues or delays during the return process.
