Lost garage keys, called & arranged time for next day. Bradford. Excellent customer service, took less than 30 minutes & price was very reasonable for replacing my garage lock & 3 new keys. Matt @ Bradford branch was lovely.

Required a new look Brisant lock to match existing keys and another lock. For a bespoke order I was amazed to receive by next day delivery, something many other suppliers cannot do for an off the shelf item.
The communication with Dave, from enquiry to delivery was faultless

Ordered at the weekend, dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Very happy both with the product (which was perfect) and the service.

Ordered 10 x keyed alike locks and 30 x keys at 3PM on Wednesday on the agreement they would be with us on Friday. Dave rushed the order through and got them to us by 10AM on Thursday morning! Couldn't ask for more. Fast, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, everything a business should be.

I ordered 3 new locks and keys matched to existing locks I already had so that I could open all my doors with the same key. I ordered a replacement WarmCore Bifold Traffic Door handle and matching Escutcheon Set four days ago from LockFitter and I'm very pleased to say that the set arrived yesterday and is now fitted and in action. The website was simple to use, the items were reasonably priced, communications were faultless and delivery time was amazing, especially since the four days mentioned above included a weekend. Well done! I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Was sent the wrong handle, they sent the right one straight away as soon as i called them, a very trustworthy company, they didn't say send wrong one back first. Will use them more as i always use ultion products. The handle itself is very stylish as makes the door look expensive.

Great service- I ordered a no gold handle which I thought was correct - Dave emailed me and asked me to send a pic of the handle to double check what I ordered was correct - it wasn’t! Dave’s interaction and communication saved me having to return it back and kindly ordered the correct one that I needed - Dave your a star and because of you I would definitely recommend!

Ordered a replacement Handle kit for our Bi fold doors after the inside one snapped off, leaving us unable to get out the back door☹️☹️
