When my bi fold door lock broke I needed a new one a.s.a.p. When I ordered the new lock from lockfitter it was despatched immediately with no charge for postage. Thankyou for your prompt actions.

Lockfitter's service was excellent. After receiving my order they queried whether I had ordered the correct handle. I hadn't. They supplied the correct handle and it does the job perfectly.
