Dialock LTD レビュー

Janis came earlier than expected and unlocked my door in about 5 seconds. He was also very nice, especially since it was late at night. Would recommend to anybody.

Janis, was very efficient and solved our "locked-out" problem very quickly with his good knowledge & skill of doors problems.

Great service, Saturday call out and it was a tough job.Expensive but had to get done .

Janis fixed the door lock but very expensive even for a weekend call. I'll wait till Monday next time.

Great experience, fast and reliable!

Locked out of the house and they got me back in within 30 minutes. 👍 Super fast, no stress, and friendly guy too!

Needed to change all locks after moving. They were quick, explained everything, and did a great job. 😊
Thanksss!

I had an issue with my UPVC door lock sticking, which was a huge pain. I called them up, and they were super responsive. The guy who showed up knew exactly what he was doing and got the job done in no time.
He even checked all my other locks without extra charge 💛

my back door lock failed on a Sunday morning, of all days! They were one of the few locksmiths that actually answered and sent someone over within the hour. The service was friendly and efficient, and the locksmith really knew his stuff. The price, though, was a bit more than I thought it would be for a weekend call-out, but honestly, having it fixed fast made it worth it.

I had them come out to replace a jammed lock on my back door.

The tech was friendly and fixed it up quickly. A bit more expensive than I expected, but they got the job done right, and there were no hidden charges, so I’m satisfied overall.

My car key broke off in the lock. They arrived fast and got it out without any damage. Good job!

My front door lock was getting stuck all the time, and I finally called these folks. The guy who came was supper nice and explained what needed fixing. It's working perfectly now....

I had them come out to upgrade the locks on my new home. They provided a lot of useful info over the phone and didn’t push the most expensive options. The tech was on time, explained everything in detail, and didn’t leave until I was 100% happy. Only isuue was they didn't have the exact color lock I wanted, but they offered to order it for me, which was appreciated.

I sent in a query via the website and got a callback within 20 minutes, and an appointment set up for the same afternoon. Thomas the locksmith was efficient, very friendly and got the job done in no time. I'd definitely recommend Dialock.

Jammed our kitchen utility door so the only access was from the outside side door which was locked with the key inside. Serge arrived in less than a hour from making the call. Had the door opened and problem fixed in less then 30 minutes. He was so informative, efficient and professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommended.

I locked myself out of the house when I was already running late for work; what a nightmare!!!

I called this service, and they were at my door in less than 30 minutes only. He was polite, didn’t make me feel bad about my mistake, and even gave some tips on how to avoid this in the future. Only thing is, I wish they had more payment options. Cash only was a bit of a hassle.

Remis was an absolute gentleman, provided a fast and efficient service and I will definitely be using his service again. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thanks again Remis!

I was locked out from my house on Saturday night and the technician Jura came in 20 minutes. The job was done quickly and clean. I recommend this services!!!

I needed a lock change after a break-in, and they were at my place within 30 minutes. The locksmith was professional and made me feel secure again. The only thing I’d suggest is maybe having a little more clarity on pricing over the phone, but no big deal...

Jura called out for scheduled visit precisely on time and explained everything in great detail. Very quick job, very well done. Explained what I needed and what I didn't. It was pricey for the time taken which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, but the level of service was really excellent
