Customer service is very rude

Customer service is very rude. not professional. i ordered item on 26th June 2025 . Still haven't received the parcel. i called the customer service and the lady dont want to hear any thing and the middle just hang up the phone. Dont buy anything from them.

Very Helpful!

5 stars! Would definitely recommend. Extremely helpful customer service - responded to all my questions very quickly and in a helpful and friendly manner. Also helped to arrange international shipping when the option wasn't available on the wesbite. Thank you!

Lockstation data breach

Lockstation data breach leaked my sensitive information such as phone, home address, email on April 2024 and instead of informing the clients i am hearing it from Digital Footprint scanner.

For a company that makes locks and handle sensitive information about lock and keys, it is not doing a good job of keeping its own door locked.

ps: Verbatim from MalwareBytes, also confirmed by the Google Dark Web Monitor Scan as well

"On an unknown date, data reported to
belong to LOCKSTATION, whose
headquarters are located in the United
Kingdom, was exfiltrated. The stolen
data includes full names, email
addresses, physical addresses,and
may contain other compromised user
details. This breach is being publicly
shared on the Internet."

We take security and data protection very seriously at Lockstation. We'd like to clarify that we use Stripe’s secure payment processing system, which means we do not store or have access to sensitive transaction details such as card information on our systems or website.

Our website is secured with the latest patches, undergoes regular updates, and includes full self-encryption to protect all user data. At this time, we have found no evidence of a breach and believe the alert you received may be a false positive. However, we are more than happy to investigate this further for your peace of mind.
