SCAMMERS!! this is a scamming company

I've changed a bunch of different computer mice in my life
It's a consumable item...
But when you hold something in your hand for 5-7-9 hours every day, a certain habit forms that prevents you from changing the mouse the first time its click fails.
I'm one of those who will try to fix such a simple malfunction myself and give the mouse a few more years of life...
But that's where the problems start.
First, Logitech doesn't want you to fix your mouse - they want you to buy a new one, so right from the start they hid the screws under the Teflon (?) strip that the mouse slides on, so you have to tear it off completely to remove the screws and the strip is then unusable. If they had made the strip in four instead of one piece and glued it between the holes, the whole world would be happier.
When you finally separate the upper part from the lower part, you will encounter a design chaos that has brought the construction of the mouse to the level of rocket science.
But let's just say that they are not capable of doing a simple thing.
Logitech, of course, does not sell spare parts for its products, so you might find a new sliding strip and micro switches on Aliexpress if you're lucky, or you might have to adjust something else.
I've repaired cheap Chinese mice endlessly because, apart from being cheap and simple in construction, they didn't require you to deliberately break parts in order to disassemble them.
I usually thought that the repair time was over when I bought a €100 mouse, but that's clearly not the case... I'd have been better off buying 10 cheap Chinese ones... they would have lasted much longer...

Customer service is just an AI bot that provides links to empty webpages, and even provided a vacant phone number for me to call. I showed them the links from the site that are PAGE 404 empty, and it didn't care to update or take the feedback. I would not buy from a company with such poor customer service.

Also contacting them through phone on their website gives an empty page as well.

MX Keys loses B/T connection. Keys do not respond and they also constantly repeat. The help page is useless. The chat and email links do not work.

I have bought a wired keyboard, which is a sad state of affairs and rather shows Logitech's indifference to their customers' problems.

No product manuals.
No costumer support. Just a time wasting bot.

I have a brand new keyboard with a broken letter "P" switch. I went through the chatbot process and never heard anything after the bot said it would get a human.

Made a purchase a week ago and they haven't even sent me a receipt never mind any delivery information. I've spent around 6 hours this week in contact with support who kept telling me to wait without explaining anything, after all that time spent being completely ignored y support staf on multiple occasions I finally get someone with more than 1 braincell and I'm told I have to wait 24-48 hours for someone to contact me

I spent £130 on the Logitech G502 Lightspeed wireless mouse in 2019, expecting premium quality. Unfortunately, like many others on forums, I’ve encountered the dreaded double-click issue with the left click.

Despite being a well-known problem, Logitech refuses to repair or replace it, which is unacceptable for a product at this price point.

My keyboard, headset, and wireless charging mousepad, all from different brands, have worked flawlessly. Logitech’s quality and customer service have been deeply disappointing, and I won’t purchase from them again.

Just bought a keyboard.
Maybe the best ergonomic available today at a very competitive price.
Logitech ERGO K860.
Keys responsive and easy to reach without getting cramps in wrists, just like the old Microsoft ergonomic I used before and after year 2000.
So why only 3 stars?
Keyboard is absolutely a 5 star experience, but Logitech or as they prefer today Logi think that with hardware there must follow software and absolutely software is following in abundance. More than 2Gb bloat (or spam) for the useless pointing devices that are absolutely no good at all. Logitech has not made a good trackball the last 20 years. The Trackman Marble (both wired and wireless) were 2 must have pointing devices for all pro graphic workers (artists?) and they are still looked up in eBay and such when the old no longer can be repaired but should you be able to find one in good condition, it will be with prices that are in the an arm and a leg plus the white in your eyes price.
Back to the bloatware that come with the perfect keyboard. Removing it in reg-edit took a while as much of it was well hidden, but after I had 3Gb more available in the C drive (not that I need it) and the keyboard was actually functioning at least as well as with the bloat/spam installed.
Why Logitech want to fill the computers of customers with useless spam is not for me to understand.

So I got some Logitech devices that arent "cheap", some costing well above 300€ (a headset).

With this you should not be FORCED to use a datamining software just to keep my devices updated (firmware). You cannot even install the software without it wanting to download another installer AND send some installation data.

This sick mentality of data mining out of users needs to stop.
