Textbook scammer behavior:

- Unsolicited contact (Hey, we did business a decade ago in designing a logo, now we are in the trademarking business)
- False Dilemma (Somebody else wants to use your exact name and logo of your small business! AHHHHH!)
- Urgency to act (Better act quick before the other "party" does!)
- Instills fear of consequences for lack of action (You will lose your business name and all rights!)
- Will provide the solution for a fee (We can take care of this for you. Pay us and you have nothing to worry about!)

My guess is that, because this organization consists of freelance designers, some may have gone rogue and are trying to make extra money using the organization's name, email and client list info to solicit this service. Of course, this is giving the benefit of doubt. I have been contacted by them several times via phone, text and email with the same scam, but by different people. Signature lines on the email dont match the name in the email address. Call them back after getting a VM from them and you will get a confused "hello?", and will have to remind them of why they called you (same voice on both VM and call). Reply to their text letting them know that you already have registered TM pending or that your attorney is handling it and they still act like there is some other party trying to trademark your specific name and logo. Eventually they will lose their cool and start telling you about how stupid you are for not letting them help you and how you're going to lose everything. More insults follow.

My advice is to reply to their contacts and waste their time while watching them get agitated. I am going to forward their info to a couple of my favorite scambaiter YouTubers to give them some good content and maybe have a laugh at the video that is posted later.

I had a logo created by them about 10 years ago and they keep sending me emails telling me (like others have mentioned) that if I don’t register then I’ll be in trademark infringement. I called and it’s actually them and they want a lot of money to keep my logo and my name. My business name has nothing to do with them. I’m registered with that name with corporate registries. This company is looking to scam people. BEWARE!

As per the Act of 1946 §§ 1051 et seq, it is mandatory to register your mark to hold the ownership rights federally.

This is the SCAM email WORD 4 WORD I recieved 5 years after I dealt with them.

Hope this email finds you well. This is to inform you that, we have received application to register the Trade Mark for the exact same business name as yours. Upon searching the Business Name in our Database we have established that your Business is listed under the identical name as an exact match.
Therefore, as per our company policy, we are going to grant you the advantage to be the first one to decide and choose, whether you would like to take the initiative to register your Business Trade Mark. We are required to respond to the other applicant promptly. Conflicting party is ready to initiate the application process, but as you are a former client, I need your final words before we proceed with your Ownership Rights for the Trade Mark application. On the other hand, if we proceed with the conflicting party’s application and he will acquire the complete Federal Ownership and Protection.
Without further delay, immediate response is required. Kindly reach out ASAP or provide us with the best number and time for the paralegal team to establish contact with you.

I also hired them years ago, and received marginal service. Now I receive semi regular spam/scam messages that someone wants to trademark my business name. As if.

Logo Design Pros are scum.

I hired them 8 years ago to design a logo. As of December 2022 I’ve received multiple emails each month warning me that another company has hired them to file a trademark of my company name and logos. But since I was a current customer they would give me first rights. Really? The emails are from different people each monthly cycle, all claiming to be “paralegals” from the legal department of LogoDesignPros. Of course in each cycle I only have a short period of time to take action… blah blah blah.

I originally suspected this was phishing attempts maybe due to a data breach. But to my surprise when I called the logo pros real number I learned that sure enough they are pushing this high pressure scam on their customers. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING, DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM.

They will do you a mediocre logo then 6 months later hassle you about some other company wanting to TRADEMARK your logo.

Logo Design Pros worked hand in hand with us to make sure our logo was exactly to our preferences. Alex Wilson of Logo Design Pros was extremely professional and helpful through the process and we highly recommend working with him. Pleasure doing business.

Terrible Experience. I did a basic website and logo with them at around £200. Every year when I renew they try to renew at £500. I would then argue as to how that makes sense. They would then drop it to £40 after a great deal of hassle. This year they are quoting £120. My website has been down for 2 months and I had to end the service. Awful customer service.

Unless you are ready for a lifetime of unrelenting calls trying to get you to buy something else from these guys, take a hard pass. I wish I had paid more with someone else just to avoid the consistent calls. I’ve asked nicely, cused them but neither works. Now I just hang up as soon as they say logo design.

Awful support, no time frame, aggressive staff. Loss of money... Not recommended to anyone

stay away from this company . ordered an animation video six months ago . Still haven't seen it until this day. I call and phone goes to voicemail.

Logo Design Pros is so far the best design company i've ever contacted. Their attention to every minor detail of my animated video really impressed me. Keep up the good work team!

these guys are about as unhelpful ad is humanly possible. everything the do is shoddy. they do not seem to listen properly to what they are being asked to do and their attention to detail is very poor. all in all a very poor customer experience, their phone centre staff are mostly rude that's if u can get through to someone with out being cut off ten times first
