If someone did not receive a payout, it is usually because the prize was never claimed, no PayPal email was provided, there was an issue or restriction with the PayPal account receiving payments, or the payment was temporarily placed on hold while an open dispute or chargeback was being reviewed. In situations where there is a PayPal issue, we always reach out to the winner to help check the problem or request another valid PayPal email address if possible, as all prize payouts are sent only via PayPal. This is why winners are officially announced around 10 minutes after the contest ends, once the final vote count and verification process are completed and all votes are properly processed in the system.
