I am shocked & disappointed to see that the standards & quality of Lola’s have fallen dramatically.
I purchased a cake 🎂 that was not fresh I returned to the store at Brent Cross
I was given a replacement cake but have to say this was also disappointing the cakes themselves are not the same as they used to be in the past you could rely on having a delicious cake unfortunately there is minimal fruit & filling and are not at all flavour

Unpleasant staff
Most of the Lola Staff at Brent Cross are not very pleasant. When asking about the choices, their responses are like we are bothering them. Not ideal. The cake slices seem to have reduced in quality. I will still give them another try.

The colours on the outside slightly more pale than expected but the cake was BEAUTIFUL! It was so precisely done both from the inside and outside! It was super delicious and a total Hit for the Kids!
