Exactly what my wife wanted. All guests loved the cake. Ordering was so easy. Well done.

Lovely cake that was enjoyed by all, easy ordering and collection, only criticism is that it was very heavy to carry and delivery was very expensive on top of paying £90 for the cake

Brilliant brownie set. We love them, decoration, presentation but the best of all was customer service from the team.

I chose Lola’s Eton Mess cake for my wife’s birthday. It was delicious! The ordering process was straightforward and the pick up from the Bromley store went very smoothly.

I went personally to your shop in Bromley town centre and I ordered a birthday cake. I asked the sales lady to make sure the inscription on the cake reads Happy 50th Birthday.

1st of all there wasn’t any e-mail acknowledging the order.

Secondly the cake got to your shop on the day of the pick up which was the 6th of November 2025 with the inscription

This cake was for my cousin whose birthday was my wedding day so I included him in my wedding celebrations with a Lola’s Carrot cake. It was perfect! We’ll boxed and presented.

Cinamon scroll is always my favourite in winter season but i try first time in cake and doesnt taste same. i will go back to my biscoff cake.

We ordered the Lilo and Stitch cake for our 3 year old’s birthday party and he absolutely loved it. The design is so cute, the colours are lovely and vibrant and it tasted amazing! All our guests commented on how beautiful the cake looked and tasted.

Really easy to order online, the cake was ready for collection as requested. It was delicious and the birthday girl was very happy. All the children enjoyed the cake. And kept well in box, nicely packaged to keep cake safe and secure.

Simple to order and collect, wasn’t sure about the taste of the cake as it was gluten free, every one who ate the cake said the same thing… Delicious.

First the choices I had when it came to the cake I wanted. They catered for my dietary needs as a gluten free eater. I also ordered another cake for individuals who eat without issues. What made it even more special was the customer service I received, I even received a free 50th number for cake and a sparkle.

I purchased the Cinnamon Bun cake for my Son’s birthday, and all I can say is, it was so delicious, moist and looked amazing. I’ve always had such a great service from Lola’s, made easier with having a handy local collection point.

I needed some cupcakes for a small event but I had some vegan and caeliac colleagues. Nobody stepped up to the challenge apart from Lolas's. I spoke to a lovely lady over the phone and she addressed my concerns and double-checked the cupcakes could be made (as special order). They were delivered, on time, to my chosen location. During the event, they were snapped up and all eaten - rich and delicious! I know who to go to now in future
