Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. This definitely does not sound as per our usual high standard of service, and we try to ensure all of our staff members are fully trained and knowledgeable with regards to the product.

I order the Sweet Shop Layer Cake for my daughter birthday it was amazing she loved all the sweets that came on top of the cake the rainbow 🌈 colors inside was beautiful the cake was delicious. Pick up was from kings cross station easy and hassle free

Tiny cakes and unhelpful staff
Unhelpful and unfriendly staff at Kings Cross. The cake met the dimensions but the small is tiny and is not for 8 people. 8 people on a micro diet maybe. if you want a cake for 8 then go up. It looked super tight and ungenerous. I was so embarrassed that I purchased an additional one from another shop as soon as I saw it in the box. Tasted nice though and cake was well-made

I am sorry you felt the cake was smaller than you expected, our sizing and measurements are listed on our website along with a picture of the cakes for scale. Our serving size suggestion is for a smaller size party slice, I am sorry you were disappointed on this occasion.
