Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. The cupcakes I ordered were picked up by someone else, and I had to get new ones which were not the ones I wanted. Two stars for giving me a replacement and a refund.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time for leaving us a review.
I am so sorry to hear your cupcakes were misplaced at the store.
Sadly this does not reflect our usual standard and I will pass on your feedback to the relevant department to see if there is anything we can do to improve on our service.
Please email us on hello@lolascupcakes.com if you wish to discuss further about this matter.
Best wishes,
Olima

Not for those unable to restrain cupcake consumption
Basically, these are too delicious - if you try and eat just one of the tiny ones, you are doomed to work your way through several others. As we usually bring these as a dinner party gift, falling into temptation is just too easy. Sigh.

Extremely disappointing
We have tried lolas cupcakes/cakes numerous times for special occasions and otherwise. Since we have Loved them in the past we decided to order a cake for my daughters 4th birthday with them. The cake arrived and was beautiful looking but that’s where it stopped. The frosting was sickly sweet.the cake to filling ratio was off and the cake itself was crumbly and dry. None of the guests ate much including kids. It has put us in a very embarrassing situation with all our guests and ruined our daughters birthday.

Hello Neha,
Thank you for letting us know about your cake and how it tasted.
I am very sorry the cake came across as overly sweet and quite dry.
As this cake has a lot of decoration it does mean there is a large amount of buttercream which is why it was quite sugary in taste, we do also recommend keeping our cakes outside of the fridge for around 3 hours before eating so they can fully get back to room temperature to taste their best.
You should receive an email from me shortly, we can discuss this a little further on here.

Absolutely amazing .. WOW
Absolutely amazing ! I ordered one of the Fantasy cakes , it was just how it looked in the photo on the website , it was delicious too!.. great service, delivered on time, you can follow your driver when he’s local & good communication through out, fantastic tracking and also very useful was the temperature gauge on the box .. my daughter and family were blown away by this cake . I wish I could post my own photo here ❤️ Not actually sure which branch of Lola’s cupcakes this was as was an online order. I must also point out what great prices too, very affordable. Thank you for making a birthday even more special !
