Hello good day, this is the 3rd time I’m dropping a review, my previous one was flagged by rent profile because they don’t want my truth, if possible I will attach pictures,screenshots and proof of how awful their service has been, my move in date was some days ago after constantly reassuring me they did nothing about i, my uncle and my guarantor , move in date has passed and all my emails are being ignored again, i called customer service and everytime I call they tell me they’re attending to people who’s move in was within the week, the day I dropped a review I got a call and was assured that I’ll be treated fairly, but nothing, I’ve sent multiple emails but nothing still, I’m really sad and disappointed by the horrible treatment I’ve received from rent profile , I’m really hurt and sad I haven’t moved in due to their inconsiderate nature. Fast, communicative service with genuine care for the customer

easy to use site, information was easy to read, follow and use

We were impressed. We are not conventional renters as we are retired, have no rental history & our income does not come in monthly pay slips, but with a bit of liaising via email we provided all the information required. Our rental was approved!

I was not given the results of my check. This is still our data and as the subject I would have expected to be cc'd into the report being shared. The process was easy but very vague and lacked a lot of clarity of the stages that you are at. Although you can see ticks and ques it really feels like you do not have control of the data and exactly what it is that is being checked. Being cc'd into every email to people regarding your application would be great as well as being made aware once the agent has the report and a copy being given to you too. It makes the process very stressful but being made to feel more involved would ease this.

Rent profile is a good one in this renting market

Quick and easy. The best part is that there was no pushed advertisement as with traditional agencies which do this work.

this worked fine for me, but my situation was straightforward.

Easy to complete, and generally good communication. Only down side was the long response to messages.

Breaks all the communication with the landlord. Nobody replies. Empty pages with long waiting times.
