Good prices but unfortunately the delivery and customer experience didnât live up to expectations. I had ordered a tasting set for New Years- the order was late, tracking notice off and the package was delivered in the lobby, luke warm with no confirmation. When I contacted customer support they offered no help and denied all responsibility. Unfortunately, I wonât be ordering from them again

Excellent customer service -- use this company!
We experienced problems with a delivery from the London Caviar Company (LCC) which was the fault of Royal Mail. The response from the LCC could have been quicker but when they did respond, they acted very proactively. They sent a fresh tin to us which arrived quickly with their new courier company. Excellent customer service, I would recommend the LCC to anyone wanting care and consideration from a premier company. Really well done overall!
