I sent an enquiry prior to ordering and received a phone call the following day from a very nice man who answered my concerns. The order was delivered quickly and safely.

To be honest it was a gift to try and convert the recipient, as I love caviar, so I don’t know. But I’m sure it was delicious.

Sent caviar out not well packaged. Literally room temperature when arrived. Missing spoon also.
Dialogue ensued and promised spoon and tin opener as an added gift, still no receipt of this.
Emailed them and radio silence. No refund still or anything!
Honestly, avoid at all cost, and just go to others - may pay more but you’re guaranteed first rate service and not caviar you’re questioning it’s temp whilst in transistion!

Although nervous about the timing the caviar arrived just in time and was all that was promised

I have never bought caviar before. I bought it as a birthday present. The recipient has not opened it yet, but I am sure it will be delicious. It was very well packaged.

The order has not been delivered or received. This was raised and LondonCaviar were informed on 27th June but to date still not received the order dated 21st June.
Extremely disappointed with customer service

I was initially very impressed with quick email responses regarding the required delivery of the caviar gift for a relative, despite no opportunity to identify a requested delivery date on the website. However, although I carefully followed the advice I was given, the gift was delivered nearly two weeks early, with no gift card as requested, as the firm did not follow their own advice. The firm was apologetic and offered a refund, but unfortunately the special occasion was spoilt!

Delightful Caviar, quick delivery in a chill pack to keep it fresh. We bought the tasting option with Beluga so we could try out the 4 different Caviars. Each one had a unique flavour so it's a great way to start and then buy more of the ones you like the most.

Excellent oscietra at a good price. We ate it last evening to celebrate the Coronation

The customer service around delivery and attention to detail is fantastic. The caviar is excellent as this is now our second order.

Just received some Baerii cavier (4th May 2023)

Best before date was 3rd of April 2023. Discuss!

Further to my original review, Thomas, the owner rang me to explain how they only ship direct to order and that they had a typo problem with some of their labelling. The other caviar was well with the 4 month period and I accept his explanation. I will use this company again.

Caviar tasted superb. Delivery took slightly longer than expected but worth the wait. First taste of caviar for son who was delighted!
