I knew as soon as I came across London Diamonds on instagram many years ago that I wanted my engagement ring to be from these guys. The service they provide is amazing, I finally got my LD ring and it’s even more beautiful than I could imagine!

My fiancé loves the ring. I got the size completely wrong, but London Diamonds were excellent from start to finish, and are adjusting it for us for free. Could not recommend more! Thanks guys

My now-fiancé was understandably a little nervous about ordering my engagement ring, but James at London Diamonds completely put his mind at ease. He explained everything in incredible detail, answered all of his questions, and the communication throughout was fantastic.

They went above and beyond to ensure the ring was delivered on a day when I was at work, and the package was fully insured and trackable for complete peace of mind.

I found London Diamonds to be professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. Every part of the process was handled brilliantly, from ring sizing and choosing the style to selecting the stone size and clarity. Everything was explained clearly, and at no point did I feel pressured into buying anything.

The value for money for what I received is, in my opinion, second to none. The quality of the ring and the overall service exceeded my expectations, making the entire experience a genuine five-star one.

A special mention must go to James, who I dealt with throughout the process. He has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from day one—knowledgeable, patient, professional, and always happy to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

What really stood out was the aftercare. I needed the ring resized after purchase, and the service was just as good as it was on day one. There was no sense that the sale was over and support had ended – they were helpful, responsive, and professional throughout.

Buying an engagement ring is (hopefully) the first time for everyone. LDO make a process that can be daunting, nervy, and difficult as stress free and as simple as possible.

I got in touch with James and within a few days we have put together a beautiful bespoke ring which my partner absolutely loves.

I had a fairly small turn around time but that was not an issue for the team. The ring was ready and I collected in person within about 5 weeks. James explained what they had made in expert detail and I left knowing that the ring that would sit on my partners hand was not only beautifully made, but also had full protection if anything were to happen to it in the future.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Maggie, James, and the rest of the team have a seamless, authentic, and trustworthy business going.

From the very beginning, James was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire design process. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted while offering his expert guidance.

When I collected my ring, I was honestly close to tears. It is absolutely perfect, exactly as I had envisioned it, and even more beautiful in person. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and the attention to detail is outstanding.

James and the team demonstrated nothing but excellence throughout the process of designing my fiancée’s engagement ring. James walked us through the process and showed us a huge number stones with different cuts and sizes before we settled on the one that was right for us. The whole process was seamless and, after we made a couple of last minute tweaks, the ring is simply perfect.

I went in the beginning looking for advice and James wasn’t pushing for a sale just helped me understand what I should look out for which is why we went with London Diamonds. Cannot explain how much I appreciated his advice and the ring is more than what I could have expected. Quality of the stone and ring in general is amazing and the process was easy and simple and James was very responsive to any questions. My fiancé bought my engagement ring from London diamonds after a lot of not so subtle hints from me 😅.
It was everything I wanted and more! We get married in a couple of months and I wanted to get my ring resized and cleaned before the big day. I messaged them on instagram and received super speedy, personalised responses, no jargon and straight to the point!

I sent my ring into them last Thursday afternoon, and received it back this morning (1 week later), resized, cleaned and sent back in a new box (mine was a bit battered) all for FREE under their lifetime warranty.

Honestly couldn’t ask for better service and I’m so happy my fiancé used them to buy my engagement ring. When we upgrade our wedding rings, we’ll definitely come back! 💖

This company is honestly amazing. The customer service is outstanding. James replies so fast and is so helpful. I know my partner found ordering the ring really easy but on top of that I recently damaged it and feared the worst! However, it has been returned a week later, no longer bent and as shiny as ever!
