Faultless service

Faultless service. Every member of the team that I chatted with was a delight and professional. So loved everything in the shop. A proper Aladdin's Cave of goodies. After all you can never have too many rugs! Will be back. Thanks so much

Order was late and then delayed further which poor communication. Although the word communication is far too great a compliment for the treatment actually received

A fantastic service

A fantastic service. I asked The London House rugs to meet me at my client’s house having given them an idea of colour and designs I wanted. They produced a great selection and we bought 6 rugs. A very good experience. Thank you.

Restoration of damaged rug

Due to water damage the Aubusson rug was marked and misshapen , after expertly cleaned ,stretched & dried it was returned In perfect condition.
Every one we dealt with could not be more helpful.
An excellent company .

We bought a Kelim footstool from the


We bought a Kelim footstool from the Boston Spa shop 15 years ago and it has been a great piece of furniture and stood daily use and still in great shape. We returned this year and bought 2 more stools from the same shop. Great quality and look fantastic. Fabulous selection of rugs. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.
