Excellent service at London W1 clinic of LPU. Convenient appointment. Reception and admin. staff really helpful, clinical staff amazing, really thorough and explained reports. Really quick and responsive with emailed queries.Thoroughly recommend.

I don't ever leave reviews, however on this occasion I wanted to give credit where it is due, I had an ultrasound scan done with Mr Reza Farahmandfar today, he was polite, professional, put my mind at rest and talked me through the scan showing me on the screen. Would go back and recommend to others.

They found a tumor that never existed and could not tell me their findings face to face. I found out in the corridor by email after the ultra-sound check. I found the secretary rude. Avoid this place at all cost.

What can I say , if I could pick 10 stars I would :) I had an excellent experience at London Private Ultrasound, 27T Welbeck Street, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the very beginning, the service was extremely professional, precise, and reassuring. The team responds very quickly, communicates clearly, and takes every enquiry seriously. The pricing is very reasonable and fair, especially considering the level of expertise and care provided.

The consultant sonographer ,( extremely knowledgeable )Mr Reza and their GP Dr Babak, are absolutely outstanding. They are not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely kind, understanding, and attentive. They take the time to listen carefully to your concerns, and you truly feel that nothing is dismissed or rushed.

What stood out most to me was how thorough they are. They take everything into account, explain every single detail clearly, and make sure you fully understand what is being assessed and why. At no point did I feel hurried — instead, I felt supported, respected, and reassured throughout the entire appointment. I and my entire family and friends will be their regular patient for sure.

It is rare to find a medical service where you feel both clinically safe and personally cared for, but London Private Ultrasound achieves exactly that. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and compassionate approach make a real difference, especially if you are feeling anxious or unwell.

I am extremely grateful for their care and would confidently recommend London Private Ultrasound at Welbeck Street to anyone looking for a high-quality, trustworthy, and patient-centred ultrasound service.

Right, so my knee's been giving me gyp for ages, and the usual channels weren't exactly speedy. Bit the bullet and booked myself a paid ultrasound on it. First time doing anything like that, to be honest, and I was a bit 'meh' about the whole thing.

Turns out, it was surprisingly decent. Booked it online, dead easy. Got an appointment within a couple of days, which was a shocker. The place was clean enough, bit clinical, but the bloke who did the scan was alright. Talked me through what he was doing, pointed at the screen, that sort of thing.

But the real surprise? Straight after, I actually saw a proper doctor there and then. He looked at the scan, explained what the issue actually *was* (something about a bit of cartilage being a pain), and we talked about what to do next. No waiting weeks for another appointment, no chasing referrals. It was all just...done.

Honestly, forking out the cash wasn't ideal, but I've finally got a proper answer and a plan. Didn't expect it to be that straightforward. If you're fed up of waiting and want to get to the bottom of something, might be worth looking into. Surprised me, anyway.

Same day booking for abdominal scan. I booked with London Private Ultrasound for my grandfather and had a great service here. He doesn't speak English but the Sonographer Reza put him at ease straight away and checked aortic for a small additional cost.
