I recently had an ultrasound at London Private Ultrasound and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away.

Booking was super easy—I managed to get a same-day appointment with no waiting around. The specialist was lovely, very professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly during and after the scan. I got my report quickly, and it was easy to understand.
What really stood out to me was how much they care. They use top-quality equipment, offer appointments 7 days a week, and even do home visits if needed. Their prices are also very reasonable for the level of service you get.
If you're looking for quick, reliable, and caring ultrasound services in London, I highly recommend them.

Went to London Ultrasound Clinic to check out an issue with my shoulder that my GP just would not refer me for. Injured it during sports.

The whole process was honestly smooth from start to finish. Booking was easy, I got seen quickly, and the place itself was clean and professional.

The scan went well, the sonographer explained everything clearly, and I felt a lot more reassured afterwards. What I really appreciated was how well organised everything was — after the scan, I saw their private GP straight away, who went through the results with mr and planned the next steps with me for my treatment. It just felt like a really clear and efficient patient pathway, without any hassle.

Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a quick and professional service that actually feels joined up.

I had a really good experience with the clinic, I went in for some reassurance as I was having abdominal pain - they found some stones in my gallbladder and I was able to go to A&E with the scan results and be seen quickly would defo recommend!

The specialist was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly throughout the scan, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed. The report was provided on the same day, and the level of care I received was outstanding.

I went to London Private Ultrasound as I'd had an NHS ultrasound a couple of days beforehand and my hands/wrists had since gone into a flare, so I was hoping the scan would catch them at their worst. The lady doing the ultrasound was really nice and friendly but the ultrasound found nothing, no inflammation, etc. However I have since had the results of the NHS ultrasound from two days before, which showed synovitis, synovial thickening, etc. I'm therefore a bit concerned that the London Private Ultrasound report may have missed a few things. I'm certainly glad that my rheumatologist is going by the NHS report or I would not be getting put on treatment. I've given two stars for the friendly staff but knocked stars off as I'm not sure the report is accurate or complete.

Be careful with them, they are not reliable, they make you nervous about your health without reason, I had a scan with them, they made me feel really scared about my health and they asked me for more scans urgently that they were not needed. Because I was so nervous, I paid them for more scans that were not needed I am glad that I asked for a second opinion, because these people only care about your money, not your health

AVOID at all costs. This is the biggest scam ever and I am absolutely convinced all these 'positive' reviews are FAKE. I am surprised no media outlet has done an investigation into them. Their trick is to scare you enough so that you go back and get more tests done. Do yourself a favour and read all the 1 star reviews before going (I didn't do that unfortunately) and AVOID them at all costs!!! I honestly cannot believe that you would do this to people, that you have no shame or empathy for what you make them go through.

From the moment I walked into reception I knew I'd chosen well. The receptionist (Feyrouz) was welcoming and efficient and once I reached the clinic, that service continued. I was seen on time, with no fuss and any issues were simply explained. Another thing- like an idiot I had booked for the wrong day so had to pay twice- entirely my fault- but they offered me an extra and more detailed scan for no extra money, even though they were under no obligation to do so. Excellent customer service. Very impressed and I will be back.

I booked online, which they have an easy reservation service for this which is impressive as they don’t have similar reservation services in America for ultrasound. That said, I signed up for the entire neck to be check bc I understood that to be the option presented, but she only checked the 1 location I was worried about - she said she couldn’t do the front area + back area and I had to choose one so of course I chose the 1 lymph node area but the way it presented on the site I anticipated they would check my entire neck area (including thyroid) and thus I recommend people to write them in advance and ask them what they would define as what specifically they can check per the advertised treatment and what they will not to not feel the disappointment I felt. The offices are located downstairs in a basement area of a medical center and waiting area is a hallway makeshift area. While the woman was very informed & I did feel better & relieved about my health - that I didn’t need to be alarmed and this is most important, I was bummed my entire neck wasn’t checked for safety.

I have attended this clinic today and have found the staff informative proffessional and caring. I would reccomend them

Oh gosh these people here! I came in with my husband as he fund a strange lump. I was really upset and worried. The receptionist, God bless him, saw me uneasy and tried enerything to make me feel better. He offered cookies and played me some relaxing music. 😀😀😀 Then dr.Fay explained me everything, saw that I was worried, even though she explained everything to my husband already. Such an Angel. The lump was nothing, but the attitude of these great people was EVERYTHING. Hope we will not need much of the services in the future, but it is great to know you can get a support like this in case you need it. Thank you, dear friends. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I arrived on time, was sent downstairs to a very narrow corridor. The waiting space is another narrow corridor. No air conditioner, very stuffy.
I arrived, as requested, 10 mins in advance. The patient before me was late 10 mins which caused me to have to wait 30 mins. Given how expensive the test is, and how dingy the place is I would say this is not what I expected.
Very disappointing. I don't understand why 5 stars reviews are given. On the basis of what? Sure availability may be a factor but so is the rest of the service

Booked an appointment a couple weeks ago ,it was a very scary experience. The rooms are in a dingy downstairs basement no room to sit . The appointments run behind because they offer all sorts of other tests ! When I went in the room was dimly lit & I was hurried to get scanned The ultrasound scanner spoke so quietly I could not here him he pressed so hard it was painful for days he then spoke angrily to me about I must get other tests done elsewhere? I left in tears unsure of what I was told the next day I saw my own Dr. & he was not happy that I went there , he said you need to go to specialists! Very dissatisfied & a scary experience.

I wanted an echocardiogram at short notice. I Googled yesterday (Sunday 18 February), found London Private Ultrasound and was able to look at availability, choose a time of my preference and pay online for my appointment the next day (Monday 19 February) and got the report in the early evening same day. The appointment was with Dr Farveh Vakilian who was very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. The price was reasonable compared to other similar establishments in the area. Would definitely recommend. Really nice clean premises.

Really excellent examination by Dr Farahmandfar, who screened me thoroughly for the health of my leg arteries, vascular inadequacy and Deep Vein Thrombosis, explained what we were seeing and advised me clearly what next steps I should take to deal with my condition

The website on which I made the booking was clear, intelligible and user-friendly. They confirmed by email immediately. I was seen on time, they seemed well-equipped and the examination was friendly and efficient. The results arrived the next day in PDF form.

I had this morning Abdominal ultrasound scan with Mr Pedram M. AGHAEI, I arrived on time and procedure started on time , the Doctor was very professional, and asked me for any family history of abdominal issues , the scan price was very affordable , and he discussed the result with me and gave me big relief , and the surprise was I have just received the result report by email two hours later , was very professional and quick , I really appreciate this clinic support and can’t see any negative points , I would recommend this clinic . This clinic not only offers poor-quality examinations but also provides abysmal customer service.

I attended London Private Ultrasound for a pelvic ultrasound. Subsequently, during a gynaecology appointment, my gynaecologist expressed doubts about the accuracy of the provided measurements and referred me for a second ultrasound at a different clinic. The differences were alarmingly significant, with measurements of certain fibroids being twice as large in the initial report. For instance, a fibroid reported as 39mm in their scan was measured at 18mm at the other clinic.

The size of fibroids determines, among other factors, whether surgery is necessary, which in my case would cost thousands of pounds as my insurance does not cover pre-existing conditions. You can find a review here where a patient had to pay £7650 for surgery based on incorrect ultrasound results from London Private Ultrasound.

I initiated negotiations to obtain a refund for the subpar ultrasound. Instead, they offered me another ultrasound. So I was offered a second pointless procedure to make up for the one I've already had. I have been engaged in these negotiations for three months now. During this process, I discovered that several individuals have faced similar issues with the clinic's service. Additionally, the clinic is not affiliated with any medical scheme or alternate dispute resolution, making it difficult to seek a fair evaluation in case of problems.

I strongly recommend reading negative reviews before considering this clinic for their services. Do not be swayed by positive reviews, as they may have been commissioned by the company. The company has invested heavily in appearing at the top of search results, and so that positive reviews overshadow the negative ones. However, this is merely a marketing tactic that conceals the unsatisfactory quality of their medical services and their poor customer support.

P.S. I anticipate the clinic may respond by mentioning that they offered me a refund. While technically true, this only occurred after three months of discussions and various resources expended on my part. Hence now, I am also requesting compensation for the additional ultrasound. However, every time the company demands more time, effort, and resources from me than they are willing to compensate, making it impossible to reach a resolution.

Wonderful Clinic!! Dr Pedram spotted issues with my liver that another ultrasound test elsewhere had missed. Thank You Doc. This shows how important it is to always get a second opinion. Hopefully we caught this early enough & this will give me a better prognosis.
