Pivotal for my career!
Pivotal for my career!
I talk to clients on a daily basis so an effective communication training was a must. But what I wanted was a tailored 1:1 learning experience with a direct feedback loop on how I could improve. And boy, did Bella deliver! I truly loved every minute of my sessions and had so much fun learning.
I worked with Bella for about 6 months - in those 6 months I applied internally for a higher position, got the job, got multiple raises and amazing feedback from leads and clients. Quite a big chunk of that success I can attribute directly to what I learnt with LSW. Standing your ground in a demanding sales environment as a women is not something that comes easy but with the right tools taught by Bella, I feel empowered to hold my own.

This is a fabulous course to attend for anyone looking to improve their speech and presentation skills. My coach was Catherine York and she took the time to understand my style and really guided me to improve my presentation skills in a way that felt natural to me. She gave me so many tips and kept practicing with me.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Emmy, my speech coach. She has done an incredible job boosting my overall confidence and helping me project that confidence in my communication.
Emmy is always a cheerful and positive presence in my day. She strikes a wonderful balance between acknowledging my struggles but also being transparent about areas for improvement, which I find extremely helpful. She takes the time to explain how our brains work when it comes to effective communication, providing insight into the psychology behind why we communicate the way we do. This understanding adds further depth and clarity and further assists me in identifying areas for growth.
We documented my communication style from the first session, and after comparing it to the last one, I can confidently say that I have made significant improvements. I'm very pleased with the results.

Arabella Gibbins is an amazing coach!
I had 10 sessions with Arabella Gibbins to prepare the recording of videos for an online Master. The learning experience was very positive. Arabella is an amazing coach: she clearly identifies problems and provides very helpful solutions. So, I much enjoyed my collaboration with Arabella! The coordination with the office of the London Speech Workshop also went smoothly.

Wonderful experience with Arabella
Bella was the best! She is an excellent instructor who was very patient with me and created a very comfortable learning environment. I was not a confident presenter and it takes a lot of energy for me to work on this skill but Bella's encouraging teaching style fostered my confidence and allowed me to make great strides in my public speaking journey.

I absolutely recommend London Speech Workshop
My speech coach Jamie Chapman is a true virtuoso at what he does. On the scale of 1-10, he deserves 100.
Signing up speech classes at LSW is life changing and definitely one of my best decisions. He helped me figure out why I sounded more harsh and masculine than I would have liked and by the end of my sessions, for the first time in my life I have fallen in love with my voice and the way I talk thanks to his coaching. I feel more confident in every way. Thank you a million times.

Wonderful experience with Catherine York
I highly recommend Catherine York. She has been a wonder coach to me. Honest, supportive, encouraging and someone I felt very comfortable with. She has a natural way of making you feel at ease which was a real hurdle for me (feeling judged was a huge block). Catherine took her time finding ways to fit around my learning style which I appreciated greatly. The sessions were fun but not always easy. She gently encouraged me to step outside me comfort zone which I needed.
I feel so much more confident speaking in public now and owning my voice.

I always look forward to my sessions with Emmy. She’s amazing and quite patient with me. I think everyone should just enroll here. Theres always room for improvement when it comes to communication. It opened up my mind about a lot of things.

A throughly positive experience and worthwhile investment
As someone who communicates for a living, I wasn’t sure how much I might take away from the sessions; but I am thankful I made the investment. Sam is a warm, engaging and intuitive coach whose own enthusiasm for the craft is infectious. She tailored the sessions to my needs, breaking down the mechanics of authentic communications in areas where I was less confident and giving me actionable tools I could implement immediately. While there are numerous books and manuals on communications, I found that personalised coaching helped me quickly identify my own pain points and develop strategies for working through them. The Serlin method is both simple to grasp and intuitive. Practice and mastery takes time but apart from greater confidence, I gained a deeper appreciation for how even small tweaks to communications style can heighten understanding and build more meaningful interactions and deeper connections.

High impact speech coaching
I signed up for a 5 session course after a quick call with one of the LSW
team. The course was completely tailored to what I wanted to achieve (a mix of effective communication and interview power). I was matched with Sam as my coach.
Sam is a fantastic coach. She quickly diagnosed my speech and communication challenges and we worked through a number of techniques, with some homework and practice between sessions. It has been really impactful on my communication in more formal settings/at work and when under pressure. I highly recommend LSW and I am hoping to book some further sessions as it is a good investment and Sam is an excellent coach.

Brilliant coaching and a transformational course!
I recently completed a course in Effective Communication with the London Speech Workshop. The course offers a transformational perspective on communication and I’ve gained so much confidence and growth on this personal journey. My coach Adam has a wonderful intuition and has paced the course perfectly, allowing me to work on my goals and through encouragement and personal reflection, I have come such a long way. I have enjoyed it so much and had such an amazing experience, that I’ve signed up to do an advanced course and I can’t wait to see what I can achieve next!

Invaluable Learning Experience
The learning experience LSW created for me was invaluable. The coaches I worked with were highly engaging. You can tell that they mastered the craft.
My mains goals were to improve the way I communicate for a variety of purposes, and to work on the ways I produce sounds in real-life situations.
I believe that among many things, LSW provided me with tools to move away from perceptions, which are very personal and often misleading, and be more objective and effective.
The support from the office was punctual and very much around my needs and the time available.
Everyone was polite and showed me a "can-do" attitude. They never said they couldn't do something, they always found possible solutions I could choose from.
I am grateful for the opportunity to continue my learning journey with LSW.

I had such a fantastic experience with the London Speech Workshop. I worked with Adam over the course of a year. I went from a very average speaker to learning to be an articulate and impactful communicator. Adam has been super easy to work with. He provides a very personalised and supportive coaching experience. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who wants to become a better speaker at work or in their personal life.
