Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and for speaking with me earlier.

I’m sorry for the confusion surrounding your quote and order, and for the issues that followed with the incorrect collection and missing items.

This fell below the standard we expect.

Following our review, it’s clear there was an internal error which led to goods being collected in mistake.

The cost of the redelivery will be refunded to you as discussed.

We’re reviewing the process with both the trade counter and sales teams to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

We do sympathise with your concerns that you have received some chipped slabs and we do apologise for those, this is an unfortunate occurrence from time to time with any materials as something may have come into contact with that side of the pallet.

The damages you have had were brought to our attention by you and a replacement order was actioned in a speedy manner.
