Sandstone bullnoses Poor quality product
Poor quality product - do not buy your sandstone bullnoses from this company as you cannot see the product before it’s sent out and it’s expensive to return a substandard piece - in our case not a matter of strations but deep marks in the stone. This was fitted at great expense by our builders and will have to be replaced. There’s obviously no connection between the professional front men in the show room and the warehouse trying to get rid of shoddy materials and trying their luck with hapless customers.

Good communication as usual about
Delivery times and updates.Great product in the chelmer valley clay pavers.
We asked for the smaller delivery lorry due to country lanes which turned up with an helpful
Experienced friendly driver in the pouring rain.
As usual, A refreshing experience with London Stone especially in these wet conditions.

Nick Rixton of London Stone is an asset to them and a pleasure to deal with. He goes above and beyond. Good Customer service for me is a priority even over price. Though saying that they are still competitively priced. They look after their traders. Excellent company
