Well I’m very interested to of read the you can only withdraw 1 amount at a time I was away last week on holiday I won 112 pounds and withdrew on 100 I then won another 40 pounds and withdrew that also . Well the 40 pounds I received the next day but not the 100 . Now the department team keep feeding me the same bull crap lies and still not paying me yet it says 100 pound pending on the front screen also they asked me to check my playing history like that’s my job but hey ho I went through a lot of time finding it stating on the 25/08/2024 I won £112.12 . They replied saying thanks for sending the pictures as this helps the team . Well 7 days later I’m getting no replies and ignored . Withdrawal times are shocking. Can be anywhere between 24 and 72 hours. (Usually the latter)
You cannot request another withdrawal in this time. I believe this is shocking and needs to be dealt with to fall in line with other casinos and their instant withdrawal systems. Customer service is also shocking and is BOT generated. You will not get answers to your questions there. Even if you ask a specific questions you will get an automated response. No matter how many times you ask it.

£14,000 case now reported
I won a small amount and requested a withdrawal of £100 leaving £132 in my balance.
I then continued to play and won over £7000. I then tried to withdraw £7000 leaving around £800 on there to play further, but I kept receiving an error message stating I couldn't withdraw because I had a pending withdrawal and had reached limit on pending withdrawals!
I then wrote in chat that I would like to withdraw £7000 and continued to play the amount above that, so I would always have at least £7000 in that balance to withdraw.
I went on the win over £14,000 in total. Having still not received a reply on chat regarding withdrawal issues and requesting for over an hour and then went on and stated I wanted to withdraw £14,000 from my balance and can someone please please respond.
I left the site then for a while and when I came back later still no response. I looking at some online reviews and felt sick to see that some reviews said they had issues with larger withdrawals here. I assumed I would never get the money and played that £14,000 and lost it all within an hour!!
Knowing if I was on any other site I would have had £14,000 in withdrawal that could then not be reversed as per Gamling Law I then went onto the Gamling Commissions website, which states-
" Operators must allow players to withdraw funds from their deposit balance, even if they are allocated to a bonus including when a bonus is pending or active in the account. We recognise that numerous small withdrawals can be costly for an operator, therefore, operators are not prevented from deducting a cost-reflective processing fee for withdrawals. However, this must be made clear to players before they deposit. Any charges for a withdrawal must not exceed the direct processing cost. "
AND
" Example of what not to do:
"Your withdrawals are limited to one per day and no more than five per week"
"You may withdraw up to £5,000 per day once you have wagered your original deposit"
"Before making any withdrawals from your deposit account, you must first wager the value of this 5 times" "
Not only was I stopped from withdrawing the £14,000 in balances because I have a £100 pending withdrawal which the Gamling Commission clearly states is against the Laws, I also never received a reply even to this point hours later than my original message in chat when I first faced the withdrawal issue. I should never have been restricted from withdrawing the £7000 and the additional £7000, totalling £14,000 and therefore would NOT have been able to play. It is clear in black and white that I requested it. I then got a message following loosing the £14,000 saying "we would like to chat to make sure you're being responsible" only after I lost the whole £14,000.
The key points are, I won and was restricted from withdrawing £14,000. I tried withdrawing through the withdrawal page, kept getting error error because of a single £100 pending withdrawal and then even went on chat and said I had £14,000 I wanted to withdraw. Once a withdrawal is placed in the UK a player should not be able to legally reverse it. The casino stopped that being that case by restricting the option to withdraw through the usual site process.
Any other casino would be paying that £14,000 that I should NOT have been ABLE to play had they not restricted. I have screenshotted everything and I am so so pleased I did.

This site is a very poor site not only is it extremely hard to get any wins. When you do, you don't see another win until you put at least the same back in. This isn't random number generators this is something else. Also the major issue is getting money when you have won it. They say it takes a few hours for them to do checks well for me it's been two days and they still haven't done a single thing I have contacted them and they persist on writing automated responses even though they are supposed to be a manager. Update 28th April. Money landed in account, so despite the paranoia, happy that the money has landed and was then able to process the second winning withdrawal.
