Pathetic communication!
They so call have a chat service on this site and all of their sister casino sites that is absolutely pathetic! They say on the chat service that they typically reply within minutes, a absolute load of rubbish because the fact is they DON'T, then they say on chat we will reply within 6 hours, 6 ridiculous hours and they still don't reply. 24hrs later and my enquiry on the chat service still hadn't been dealt with.
This site along with their sister sites for dealing with enquiries is absolutely abysmal and pathetic! Quick enough to demand ID yet not quick enough to dealing with account holders enquiries! Pathetic absolutely pathetic!

Scam welcome offer
Complete scam of a welcome offer. Despite following every step I was advised I wasn’t eligible however I was welcome to use their paid gaming! Dreadful service. Much better sites out there who deliver on their welcome bonuses.

Hello I was on here making a review on lord ping few weeks back. In all my years off on line gambling have never seen a casino so poorly manned. I opened an account months ago was given a password to get into site with the instructions to create new passport when logged in. I done it made a deposit lost it and logged out. When trying to log in again it stating wrong details. Some sites treat their customers like fools. I've e mailed them numerous times never a reply. Casinos are full off robots now. Live chat should be on sites 24 hours a day. It's hard communicating with robots. I play on loads off casinos and am fully verified. These sites know about the applicants who are registering as they check with other platforms for info. Lord ping and it's sister sites are a joke. Not a very helpful platform.

Never ever have I used a more useless site.
So fast at taking your money ( without asking for ID )
As soon as you want to withdraw you have to upload your life story, first it was photo ID then that isn’t good enough so they want your bank card for what reason I don’t know!
Sent that in then I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them.
When they can be bothered to look at my documents and allow me to withdraw I’ll be taking my funds back out and closing my account.
Avoid this place at all costs.
