I was looking for a dehumidifier. The staff at Lords Electrical listened to what I needed it for and made a great recommendation.
When I collected the dehumidifier, it was ready for me. They gave me an overview of the product in person too.
Very easy to set up, great piece of kit and fantastic service from the team at Lords.

Easy to use Web site. Efficient with no issues. It's good value and good to get away from Anazon as well

It is so refreshing to deal with a company where the telephone is promptly answered by a human (without any 'press button 1' etc) then to be quickly passed to the correct department who was quickly able to deal with an order-related issue (thank you).

Searched on Google for 1000W Microwave, Lord's (Carvell's) had best price, in stock at Rugby store. Placed order early hours, at 09:00 had a call to advise ready for collection behind counter. All staff pleasant and very helpful, then follow up email thanking me for the order. Old school service, keep it up guys, we will be back for sure

Great service, ordered two items last Monday and received two days later.
Kept informed of progress from original placing of order to despatch information and 1 hour delivery time slot on the Wednesday.
Both items received well packed and arrived in one parcel.

I wanted to buy a 42" OLED TV and got very good advice, using the Chat facility on the web site, following which I went ahead with the purchase and paid a little extra for it to be installed and set up. This was all done very professionally and at a competitive price. I'm very pleased to have discovered Lords on line after a physical shop closed in my town.

Little things like delicately leaving a coloured receipt in the product box & extremely polite communication with customers has really made me wonder why other companies can't follow suit.

I have used Lords Electrical for a number of years for the purchase of household appliances. It's a shame that their shop in the town where I live closed down a few years ago, I have no idea why because the population of the town is roughly 26,000. I hope they will return at some point.
