The company kept me informed about the item that i ordered because they had to order it from Dyson, but in the end all was good,thanks.

Quick and efficient service, ordered the items on Monday and collected them on Tuesday no hassle. Staff were friendly and polite. Lots of great deals instore and online, cheaper than some of the well known stores for electrical goods. It was my first time shopping with Lords Electricals, but will definitely shop there again.

Excellent service from a local company. Order made online and confirmed within minutes. Received a phone call the following morning to arrange collection. Item ready to collect on time. My own mistake required an engineer, who arrived within 2 hours and resolved the problem. If I could award 6 stars, I would.

Great service, kept me informed about order progress

The men who delivered my tumble dryer we're very efficient but the ordering process was not. We had 4 different delivery dates. Had to pay upfront then had to wait 2 months for delivery. Asked for money back but was told we cannot. Told we we're top of list but they had delivery on the Thursday but did not deliver to us till Monday. Made in UK but doubtful.
Without tumble dryer for 2 months in this weather was a nightmare.
Got it now so all good.

Lords Electrical is a 1st class company and I have purchased goods from them for many years, so I would never go anywhere else, they are excellent.

Amazing service from start to finish.

I rang first thing in the morning in a panic as my freezer had broken down, the lovely staff on the telephone talked me through the sizes and options and I had a new freezer delivered and installed within 2 hours, They even took my old one away for me!
Will definitely be returning for a new television next month .

I've found this business as an affiliated Euronics shop, so I thought they would be trustworthy enough, also given their long experience.
I have to say I'm glad to have trusted them! They had slightly better prices than competitors, with free fast delivery (as they were the only shop with the product I chose in stock).
I thought it was too good to be true - as there were no reviews on here - especially as it was Black Friday weekend, but I was glad it was indeed a legit, reliable business.
It was my first purchase, but I will definitely keep them in mind for similar purchases in the future.
