DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! Buy your tickets at the official Louvre website and save yourself ~50 eur. This is a non-transparent 3rd party reseller who make you pay ~76 eur, and then buy your ticket from Louvre for ~32 eur, hence profiting A LOT. They claim to offer additional services to justify the price, but it really doesn’t. Their customer service is purely AI and their “booking service” means they book your ticket at the louvre.. WHICH IS THE VERY THING YOU WERE TRYINY TO DO IN THE FIRST PLACE. Save yourself time and money people!

Traitement décevant du remboursement

J’ai eu une expérience regrettable avec le service de billetterie du musée du Louvre. En raison d’une erreur humaine, un billet de groupe a été mal enregistré. Bien que l’erreur ait été rapidement identifiée et signalée au musée, celui-ci a refusé toute forme de remboursement ou de flexibilité. Il est décevant qu’une institution aussi prestigieuse ne fasse preuve d’aucune compréhension face à une erreur évidente, surtout lorsque les billets n’ont même pas été utilisés. Cela donne une impression de mauvais service client et d’un manque de respect envers les visiteurs.

J’ai ainsi perdu un montant total de 176 euros que je ne peux pas récupérer, et que je considère que le musée m’a purement et simplement volé.

Je n’ai jamais connu un traitement aussi médiocre d’une erreur commise en toute bonne foi.

Looks like the real website but fake. We paid for tickets, recieved confirmation email but never got the actual tickets. We contacte them, and they responded that they would send the tickets shortly but we never got them.

Not the official Louvre website, but an unofficial reseller. They sell tickets above the price you will get them on the official Louvre website.

That said, the ticket I got was real and got me in the museum and their customer service was very responsive.

Save your money. Scam website trying to pass off as museum. Avoid!!!
